+ -1 moreFrank showed up in less than an hour after I called him. He observed the bees and needed to get more equipment. He returned the same day and killed the bees. Frank followed up the next day to make sure the job was done. Frank earned his "A", and I would give him my business again. He didn't bring up an "annual contract" once, which is all you get from the name brand outfits.
Description of Work: Roofers arrived on Thursday and wouldn't work due to a large bee hive near the roof line (not a hanging paper nest). They refused to work until the bees were removed. I called Frank to take care of the bees.

Takes the time to point out potential areas to look out for in terms of pest intrusion and areas they might like to hide. If you need something he will suggest and explain why, but only when needed. There is no crazy upselling I hear from neighbors (usually w/national chain/franchise outfits).

Description of Work: I called them to come out to check on some flying insects in my basement. I thought they were termites. Th technician came out in a timely manner and checked on it. He said they were ants. We didn't even have to treat for the problem. He was courteous and on time.

+ -1 moreThe work experience is wonderful. They are on time and they are efficient. They are in and out and they do it all. I am here when they do it. It is just great. I would continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Great Valley Termite & Pest Control Inc. for pest control. They come every three months and do the inside and outside of my house. They take care if we get bees. They do everything for birds. I have been using them for probably twelve years. The last time they came out was probably last month. It costed me $56.

+ -1 moreWe would recommend them. It's quarterly and it's about $58 a treatment. They are punctual and thorough. They provide very friendly service. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

+ -1 moreARRIVED PROMPTLY AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. ALSO CAME REGARDING A BEES NEST AND HONESTLY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT A NEST AND THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR COMING OUT.
Description of Work: SPRAYED INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF HOUSE FOR PESTS. WE MAINLY HAD PROBLEMS WITH ANTS. ALSO CALLED REGARDING BEES AND PROMPTLY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS.
