Overall the project was very very well done. The remediation work was completed on time, and on budget per the agreement. This is difficult work to watch the exterior of your home removed, but these guys were excellent and waled us through every step of the project. The system they are using is very very good and they stand by their work. Michal only uses people he knows and trusts and the workmanship shows. I would highly recommend Michal and Five Star to anyone who has stucco issues and needs the house repaired. These guys are not cheap but they will not cut corners. They will give you the best solution for your issue, and if a choice has to be made - they will err on the side of being safer and more conservative to assure that it is done right. Some of the work has to be done from the inside of the house and they were very very clean and respectful of our house. The outside part is messy work, so it's hard to say they were "neat"...but in the end they cleaned everything up very well and one year later you can hardly tell they were even here - except for the fact that the finished product looks awesome. Michal has high standards, drives his team hard, and hires the very best to assure the job is done right. We had more than just remediation work done and the workmanship there was excellent as well.
