He was great. He did what she said he was going to do, did it easily and expertly. He was efficient and cost saving.

We didn’t use them because their quote was too expensive. They were charging to come and give us a quote, so that wasn’t very good. We paid them and they gave a quote which was five times higher than the one that we got from others.

He was very helpful and explained a lot to us. He was a nice man to work with and I liked him. He was on time for the appointment and he did not do everything we had asked him to do.

It went well and it was awesome. He did the job in the time he said he would do it, for the price he said he would do it for. He was nice.

Workers were prompt, efficient and very professional. They walked me through each phase of the project. The workers cleaned up after the installation was complete. I plan to use Electric Man and Plumbing Man again for future projects.

The service man came out and was nice and knowledgeable. I showed him the work I wanted done and he sat down and wrote up the estimate. They price their work out using "Book Rate" and the estimate for just installing the microwave outlet was $1700. I called another contactor and paid 1/4 the price of what they quoted me.

The estimate was scheduled quickly and the man arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough in discussing the various jobs and providing the estimate. However, as we went through the house to discuss the work it was realized that there was water leaking into the electric panel from the meter outside (there were horrible storms throughout the day and night). It was recommended that I replace the existing panel for a premium panel, and replace all outdoor meter feeds at a cost of nearly $4900. After discussing with an out-of-state family member who is an electrician and sending him pictures of the panel, he did not think that this work was necessary. When I called the Electric Man back the sales pitch to spend this large sum of money started again. I called in another electrician (Tri-Point) this morning and he concurred with my cousin, the panel is fine. He dried out the panel and all the breakers and reinforced the seals on the meter - $100 service charge. I cannot say whether the Electric Man truly believed that the work they were suggesting was necessary or saw a woman home alone and thought they could take advantage so I will give them an overall C though I do doubt their professionalism when two other electricians have noted the work they were suggesting was not necessary and even if it was necessary was drastically overpriced. I would not recommend the Electric Man and the other work I was planning will be done by Tri-Point.

The Plumber and The Electric Man work together from the same company. We used Electric Man first, for a thermostat install and to hang a chandelier. Most recently, we had the plumber come out to fix a broken pipe for an outside faucet. Every time we have dealt with either side (Plumber and Electrician), they are prompt, always give phone calls for arrival time, or time changes, and are a very professional group of people, from the answering service to the service people. I endorse both sides of this company.

The repairman went about fixing all the outlets that were broken. He was on time and courteous.

The owner quoted and performed the work. He was responsive to phone calls and was on time for both the initial meeting as well as the scheduled installation time. The work area was left cleaner than he found it and he took the time to answer all questions. I was extremely satisfied with the price and the work.

Awesome experience! To begin with, Electric Man prepared a detailed estimate with a guaranteed, fixed price and showed-up on-time each day. They were very respectful of both ourselves and our property, cleaned-up after themselves, patched holes in drywall where necessary, checked with us frequently to ensure we were happy with fixture placement, etc., and showed us everything that was being done. There were some unexpected obstacles with installing both the heatstove blower outlet and venthood, so they called in extra help from the shop and worked late into the night- but they stuck to the guaranteed price. The crew went above and beyond my expectations set by other contractors and have now set the bar at a higher level! It has truly been a great experience, and I will whole-heartedly recommend Electric Man to anyone.

The man was very nice. Tried to sell me a service agreement. (Who needs a service agreement for an electrician?) Anyhow, I definitely didn't want that. I also was shocked at the total price per room to install this--it's been a while but I remember it being in the ballpark of $600 per room. I needed three rooms installed. I only had one done because I had to use the "deal" I already purchased through Angie's list. The $200 dollars didn't cover half of one installation! I called another electrician who did the remaining two for $200 each.

I remember he didn't have something and he had to go back to his shop to get it, but he was good. I didn't have a problem with it.

The guy who came out was fine. We had no issues with him and he seemed to do a good job. He was good and professional. He followed up and he fixed whatever we asked him to fix. We had him do a pretty simple work. It was not complex. He seemed like a nice guy and we had someone come in before that I did not care for. We are having an electrical issue in our house but everyone who has come out has said that it is not fixable and he agreed that it is not fixable. I always say that the prices of services are too high and his price was a little higher than what I would have liked. I also do not remember having any problems with his punctuality. I would possibly use him again in the future.

I am sorry I don't remember the name of the gentleman who came out. However, we have had this company to our house on a number of occasions and everyone they have sent has carried themselves with high levels of professionalism. There doesn't seem to be a lemon among them! The electrician provided an initial estimate, did the work efficiently, and then charged ME LESS because the job turned out to be less complicated than he originally expected.

Selecting Electric Man from the other companies was easy. The representative provided a thorough explanation of all that was involved; gas/electric hook-ups, permits required, building codes that were not mentioned by reps from other companies. The installation went smoothly with them providing explanations and updates as the work proceeded. They did a professional job with the installation and will not hesitate to call them for service in the future and I strongly recommend them to others.

The experience was excellent. they were very professional from the interview in going for the quote, to the installation and clean up. They covered every detail, and were thorough with me in explaining in everything that was being done. I chose them because their representative was excellent. I received bids from other companies, but they presented themselves well. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Did not use the "Electric Man" contractor. I will say that "The Plumber", the sister company to the Electric Man, was a much better contractor. Prices were slightly high after the coupon offer was used up, but the plumbing mechanic was very good, and very pleasant. Him I would have back.

They were amazing! We love them. They have a great team. They found things and resolved things that other contractors couldn’t fix. I will continue to use them and I plan to hire them again

The estimate was thorough and very professional. Although in the end we decided not to have the work done. If we decide to complete the work in the future, we would definitely go back to Electric Man LLC.

From start to finish, a professional job. Electric Man may not be the cheapest, but the quality and dependability is certainly worth the additional cost.

Locate open circit under the ground.

It was pretty good except the parts that they replaced, they don't last very long so I have to come and have another electrician come out and pay out like the full price. I had upgraded the parts when they came out like to have more recent upgrades in the parts actually. I had called the Electric Man back and they came out and I was thinking that I still had like warranty on the parts but it had been over a year. The workmanship was really great but I was surprised the parts didn't last more than a year.
