It went great. THe electrician was very knowledgable and fixed it all up right away. Left no mess - and it's been working great ever since.

Technician arrived on time; conducted through inspection of my home's electrical system. Provided me with a report and recommendation for service. I had the technician perform several electrical updates such as surge protectors in kitchen and basement area. Also had the serviceman replace several two prong outlets with three prog outlets. Overall the electrical service was given a very good report, no major problems found. After the service person left and I had paid him, I found an error in his calculations and informed the company that I owed them additional money for services due to calculation error. Company contacted me a day or two later confirming miscalculation and I sent them a check via mail for the difference. Overall service was good.

they arrived on time took a look at the problem and told me how long it would take and the cost.they completed the repairs on time and at the cost they quated.

They installed a GFI outlet with a bubble cover on the exterior of our house. They installation required a follow up visit, however, as there was a nick in one of the wires and the outlet did not work. They were very apologetic, came back promptly and fixed the problem. Overall, I felt that they handled the problem in a professional manner and I have not had any other issues.

OK. TECHNICIAN TRIED UPSELL US ON ON FIRST VISIT. HE GAVE PRICEY ESTIMATES FOR COMPLETE SERVICE PANEL CHANGES, OTHER NEW GFIs IN BASEMENT, & OTHER TASKS. OFFERED $1,100 DISCOUNT ON A $$3,600 COST. ??? WE DELAYED DECISION. SELECTED ONE TASK (ABOVE) JUST TO USE UP $200 ANGIE'S LIST COUPON CREDIT. SECOND TECHNICIAN DELIVERED SERVICE AS RATED ABOVE 2 MONTHS LATER. PRICEY $358 COST JUST TO REPLACE 2 OUTDOOR GFI CIRCUITS. OTHER WORK ON OUR LIST HAS BEEN COMPLETED CHEAPER BY A LOCAL HANDYMAN.

He was very nice and professional, I bought 2 sconces and the price came to $1800 and I was not prepared to spend that much. I had told him I was going to check around. When I got the work completed later by another company it was only $550 for the same job.

We did not like the fact that they tried to oversell their services and had to use a binder to price out the work. What ever happened to the good old fashion electrician. The work was done, but we did not like the overall presentation. It had nothing to do with the electrician who showed up...it is the company. We will not use them again.

My only disappointment was the"Big deal". My credit card was charged before any work was estimated or done. I vowed never to use the big deal again. The work

Estimate was almost $300 more to install a light fixture.

The woman (Ruth) was very nice, and her work was fine. But all of the services quoted were extremely expensive for the work involved ($740 to install a flood light?). I would use them based solely on the quality of the work, but I'm certain that you could find someone equally qualified who would do the same job for half the cost.

The electrician showed up on time and was meticulous in his work. He had all the necessary tools and ladder to reach the light fixture which is about 20-25 feet high. Another electrician showed up after an hour to assist in the installation. They were both very patient as I contemplated the correct length that the chandelier should be hung. Both gentlemen were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

The timer was not programmed properly and therefore doesn't work. Cheap timer as well. Seemed very interested in selling me a whole house surge protector for $1,000, but not too interested in installing the timer. Overall, for the $70+ labor charge that was included in the "Big Deal", I could have done a better job myself.

He came out and gave me a quote but even with the discount I got through the Big Deal, this price would have been about 30-40% more than what my contractor quoted me. He was very courteous, very polite, and I had no issues with his timeliness and professionals

I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of electrical work at a discounted rate through an Angie's List special. I called to schedule the work and they had a service person available within 24 hours. They arrived on time and examined the work. They didn't have a part avaible on the truck so they gave me a wrtten estimate and arranged to return with the part the next day. The next morning they arrived on time as promised. The service person, Ruth, explained everything clearly, was respectful, wore booties to protect my new wood flooring and cleaned up after the work was complete. She explained the code requirements when I asked for a further and more detailed explanation. When the work was done she explained her work thoroughly. It was exceptionally neat and well done and she had included some additional work thea she had discovered after she started work at no additional cost. The final charges were per the original estimate. A few days later I received a hand written note thanking me for my business. Although I thought the cost was a tad high the service was excellant and in the end I didn't mind paying a bit more for high quality professional service. I'll be calling them again and recommending to friends in future. They are great.

All went very well and I am happy with the service.

fabulous. Ruth spent a day reviewing issues, outlets, switches that didn't work. 7 work days later, I have all new receptacles, switches, many new fixtures and a new main circuit box. Additionally, all systems were brought uo to current standards with ground fault interrupters and arc detectors. In the process we found several places where shorts have burned some boxes and studs. Thank you ruth and all. Punctual, polite, clean, easy to work with, knowledgeable and current in their field. Loved working with this great crew and they are in my raped dial.

Was a good experience, but if I hadn't purchased the $99.00 coupon, it would have been too expensive. Jed Reilly was very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be done and performed the job quite well. I'm happy with the changes he made.

We asked Electric Man for an estimate for theinstallation of our Sauna heater (220V) in the basement. We scheduled an appointment and the person who came out was very nice, professional and diligent. I am sure she would have done a great job, but the price was so very high that we decided, not to work with Electric Man. The estimate was around $1000 more expensive (2/3) than an estimate by another company. We therefore decided to get the installation done by the other company.

I ended up getting the refund because they would not service my area.

The day went well. Ruth arrived on time and was ready to work. She reviewed the goals for the day, and she and her assistant got to work right away. At mid-day, she asked me to look at the work completed thus-far, and recommended a few options (whole-house surge protection, in particular). I appreciated her candor with me, and I agreed to the "upgrades". They completed the work needed in the estimated timeframe, and I was pleased by the quality, overall. (It's important to note that Electric Man's work is completed on a pay-by-the-piece labor price, as opposed to a pay-by-the-hour labor price.)

Ron was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have used Electric Man several times before and was always happy with their service.
