Description of Work: repairing a chandelier & an outside light on an exterior wall of the house.IMPORTANT: I don't remeber the exact dates of thge Electric Man service, but I think it was in spring of this year....about the time you advertised a $99 sopecial for Electric Man services.

Description of Work: Electricman removed old foyer pendant light and replaced with a new one. It was hanging from ceiling of second floor and was too high for me to handle. Service was excellent and job was very well done.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for 2 hours of electrical work for $99 ( a $200 value). We had a few ceiling light boxes that weren't working in family room ceiling lights. The person told me that he'd have to return to replace ballasts. He returned and did the work, and we paid a bit more for the newly installed parts. Within a week the lights weren't working, so we called them to re-insect the work they'd done. They charged us an extra $75, which I wouldn't have had to pay if the job had been done correctly in the first place. A few days after "fixing" the lights they were not working again. So we paid over $200 to fix light boxes that still don't work.

Description of Work: I was not prepared for the prices of the services. The service rep was very professional and competent but this deal left me unsatisfied. The cost of what I truly wanted done was more than the amount that could be used in the offer and consequently I could not get that service performed. In order to use the balance of the money in the account I have with this vendor, I have to be very sure to check the charges for various electrical services or I may wind up having to pay more money than I did for this deal. Unfortunately, I don't feel that I am effectively expressing my concern about this deal. Suffice it to say that although the vendor was quite competent I don't believe I would have done this deal if I better understood the cost of the services versus the value quoted by the advertisement.

Description of Work: Several problems and updates were handled in the first visit. Service was estimated and provided on time on both first and second visit. Second visit occured due to the need for one part for a garage door switch out of stock in the truck.

Description of Work: Instaled 2 hard wired smoke alarms and a ne light fixture in my kitchen Exelent company and tech.

Description of Work: I used their on-line appointment scheduler, receiving a 2-hour window for their arrival on the 12th, received confirmation email followed by an email reminder of the appointment a day later. When 3 hours passed with no tech showing up I called the company, only to be told that they had no appointments scheduled for that day. I provided my work ID number, was put on hold for a few minutes, then told that I would have to speak with the owner directly; "I'll have him call you soon." Here it is, 3 days later, and still no call (even after I called AGAIN). Totally unprofessional. I cannot believe this is such a highly rated company with such unprofessional treatment of clients.

Description of Work: Did a pretty quick and thorough job. It could be the electrician though. The company does charge a bit much for after hours service. Even for repeat customers. They quoted too high an amount when I tried to call them for a second job that would have been after hours. I ended up going with someone else.
