The outer pane of glass was broken in a basement window. When I first spoke with the technician, I was given a preliminary estimate for replacing the glass. He came out later that week, measured the window, and ordered the glass. I was required to put down a deposit of 50%. It took approximately one week for the glass to arrive. The technician came out, installed the glass and fixed the bent screen. He was very prompt and professional. I was told by others that the cost was on the high side, but they were very professional and I would use them again.

Overall, the experience was good. I paid higher than what the estimate was, but they certainly know what they were doing & had alot of stock. They also had a mobile van; they were prompt. I'm happy with their services.

Nice guy, professional job, pleasure to do business with. The door was pricey, but that was because the glass was so expensive. The labor charge was very reasonable.
