Berrios Construction did a great job on our bathroom, including problem solving, flexibility and focus on details. This was our first remodeling project in our new home and Tim was very helpful and hands-on throughout the process. We would hire again and highly recommend to potential future customers.

Excellent job. Tim was on time and worked efficiently completing jobs in one day as promised. His work was done beautifully and left leaving my home clean and in order. He also was helpful in suggesting what would work best in my home . I’ve used Tim twice . Both were smaller jobs but would not hesitate to hire him for larger projects .

The professional showed up promptly, showed all courtesies concerning masks and shoe coverings, and then got straight to work. He really put his back into everything he did, working quickly, and improvising tools when necessary. On top of all of that, he was honest and straightforward about what he would need to do, and never tried to sell me more than I needed, which in this day and age is gold.

This job went quickly and smoothly from start to finish, thanks to Tim's clear communication, careful planning, and outstanding work. Jacuzzi and surrounding tile and mirrors were removed and replaced with drywall and level floor. Plumbing, electricity, and finishing work -- trim, staining, painting, laminate flooring installation -- all expertly done by Tim or his subs. We are so satisfied that we're hiring Tim for additional projects.

Berrios Construction did a fantastic job of enclosing a basement stairway and raising handrails on two stairways to meet township building requirements. Equally impressive and much appreciated was the very quick response to my initial inquiry and the follow-up that evolved. The work was high quality at a very fair price. I’ve had almost all of my home remodeled by Berious construction. They replaced my kitchen, bathrooms, installed doors, trim, crown moulding, shadow boxes and so much more. Tim and his guys do a superior quality work and are more than reasonable with the pricing. Most of all, everything they did for us looks high end and amazing. I would use Tim again in a heartbeat.

Tim and his guys are simply amazing. Me and my wife met Tim about 6 months ago. I buy distressed properties and renovate them to high end homes. Over the years I've come across so many contractors who were nightmare to work with. Tim however has been a God sent to us. He has completed each project we thrown at him on time and on budget. He is a perfectionist and meticulous with everything he does. So far he put in 2 kitchens, both flawless and replaced all trim in both of houses as well as installed hardwood. If you are interested in seeing Tim's work I will gladly share the pictures. He does get a little backed up but he is so darn good. I recommend him for any carpentry project you may have.

We give Berrios Construction the highest possible recommendation. We had contracted with a major retail chain for a large-scale laminate flooring installation, and they found dips in our floor and could not continue. We were standing on bare plywood, and our lives were packed away as though we were moving. I called Berrios Construction that day, and they were in our house by that evening to assess the situation. They quickly ascertained that the problem was that the whole house was sagging on its 30-year-old engineered joists, and within two weeks of nights and weekends had installed a new eight-foot structural wall in our basement that solved the subfloor problems on both levels of the house and allowed a door to shut properly that had been jamming since we moved in ten years ago. Berrios' Construction's pricing was reasonable, and they acted with speed and professionalism, recognizing our urgent need. They got us back to normal in record time, and we could not be happier. Berrios Construction was super easy to work with. I had a whole list of things I wanted done and the quote was reasonable. Not only did Tim complete the list, but he made suggestions to do things differently (better) than what I was asking for that I hadn’t considered. Instead of just doing what I asked for, I got a better result than I even anticipated because of his willingness to be consultative. Tim is honest and trustworthy. I already have a new list of things I plan on having him back to do!

Berrios Construction is pretty much responsible for renovating my whole apartment. The project started with some cabinets needing to be hung. I was so impressed and satisfied with the work completed that I asked for a new floors and some bedroom work including but not limited to floor boards, drywall, ceiling fans, and windows all of switch I absolutely fell in love with! They even did the tile work in my bathroom, words alone can't describe how beautiful the outcome was. I highly recommend Berrios Construction! They are absolutely accommodating to all of your needs, wants and any questions you have!

Tim’s work was immaculate. I needed an entire wall and closet framed, dry-walled and finished. This was by far the best drywall job I’ve seen. Absolutely no seems, corners were tight and it was finished so well with multiple coats of spackle, my painter didn’t have to touch it. I highly recommend Berrios Construction.

Berrios Construction while a new business, is not short on experience. Tim the owner has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, and really does know his stuff. Tim came to the job with such an attention to detail that you realize he doesn't just come to work for the money, he comes for the love of the trade. His dedication and trustworthiness is evident once you meet him and you will realize that you have found the right company for any job you need completed

He built a gate for my fence! Beautiful and so professional. He put lattice around my deck. Great job!!
