+ -1 moreVery well. Jane, in the office, understood what had to be done, gave me an approximate price (which was very accurate) on the phone. The cleaners came on time, did a great job and were friendly. One small issue was resolved quickly on a second visit. I would definitely use Aras again.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. It's a family business, for a long time. The young couple who run it now took over after his parents retired. So they've been in the area for a long time. They just do an excellent job cleaning carpets and stretching them. If you have orient rugs you can take them in to be cleaned, which is what I'm looking for this time. I haven't had them do that though. But they are very good and I don't have anything bad to say about them. They are really nice people.

+ -1 moreIt was time to get our Karastan rug cleaned and I didn't feel comfortable with Stanley Steamer doing it. I took the rug (6 X 9) to their place of business in Malvern and dropped it off. Picked it up 2 weeks later with no problems. The colors are much brighter and I am very pleased with the results. We've had the rug for 15 years and this was the first cleaning so it was plenty dirty.

+ -1 moreIt is a great service. I had one rug given to me by my mother that has a cream background. I never thought it would come out looking as good as it did. The rugs had no smell associated with the cleaning which I really appreciated. Their customer service is excellent and I always could track where the truck was. I was even able to stay at work and they would alert me to when they were nearing my neighborhood and I could be home in 20 minutes to greet them. That is a great time saver from having to wait around for 4 hours for other services.
Description of Work: I used Aras over the past year to clean every rug in my house. I have some very well used area rugs that were in dire need of a deep cleaning. In addition the fringe on two of the rugs was pretty ratty. Aras was able to salvage the rugs without replacing the fringe (just trimming it) and saved me a lot of money. Aras came to my house three times for a pick up and drop off without a problem. I have a narrow trinity and they had to haul the rugs down the stairs and then bring it back up and move the furniture. They were always on time and the rugs were amazingly clean.
