Drivers are rude and argumentative with customers. I know for a fact I’m allowed 8 black thirty gallon bags. They refuse or are just unable to count! Told them repeatedly I refuse to cram eight bags in their orange can so they need to empty the second one! Almost every week I have to call and complain before they do their job! The pickup dude needs fired and I don’t normally go to that extreme but over two months of this and I’ve had enough!

Its hard to even give this company a 1 star review ! The worst! AGAIN… two weeks now with NO trash pick up. The truck pulls up to an overflowing dumpster because they hadn’t picked it up form The week previous, looks a at it and backs up and leaves!! This place absolutely sucks!!!

They are a joke at best. My husband, and I just bought a house in Punxsutawney and hired them to take our trash. My husband, passed away in June of 2021 and I was redoing the house myself. I called in advance, and explain to them that I had some wood out there. He came, left everything and never touch nothing. I called them, and what a joke. They never came back to pick up anything until the following week. I would also like to add, everything was neatly stacked and trash bags and again they left everything. I called and spoke to the grandson Bill. He told me that another grandson told them that they can only pick up four bags of my trash. Are you for real? I never owed them a balance and my bill was always paid on time. This is the kind of treatment that they give people? I had to take 3/4 of it myself to the dump and I still have a full trash can that they never bothered emptying. Do yourself a favor, hire somebody that gives a d*** because this company does not.

Great service, much cheaper than competition, there by 9:30 every week, and someone actually picks up the phone when you call.

We have a large family and four large cans. I think most people have fewer cans and would probably pay less. It was definitely less than the local competition which is a large national company that shall remain nameless. Hugill's is great. Once, when we forgot to put the cans out and ran outside as they drove by, they not only stopped but helped us bring the cans out to the curb. Great employees, great prices!
