One Call Clean Out

Excellent job could not be happier job. I think they went above and beyond cleaning out the house at a fair price. And we’re done in no time. I’d recommend them

It went efficiently and cleanly. Justin, the owner, led his team of two others and they carefully cleaned out every closet and drawer and shelf, in a very professional and friendly manner. They were on time and were respectful of the objects and the house. Even though it was a cold December day, and they were taking everything out through a sliding glass door, they insisted on closing it and reopening it each time to keep the heat in the house. I was so impressed at how thorough and careful they were, even to the point of sweeping out the garage when they had taken everything out. I highly recommend them and will certainly employ them again! I am also please that they will recycle what can be recycled, and donate or resell where possible.

We were involved in moving our elderly father, who was finding it difficult to let go of memories, out of his home. As settlement loomed, and nothing was being done, I made the call to Justin at "One Call". Justin was amazing. He was compassionate, caring, organized, prompt, and economical. His crew was hard working and fast. One Call Clean Out was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't regret it.

Justin and his crew were just completely awesome! We had a property to clean out that covered several buildings and areas, I didn’t know any other way to tackle it, we had already been working for weeks trying to make a dent in the work, but things had to be gone through anyway. Once one call came in, they were able to get things moving and in a matter of several days the project was complete. Just was very good about ensuring things that went, left and things that stayed, remained, double checking when needed. They were very pleasant to work with, and I feel the value of the service was well worth the cost. This was during the pandemic and they were cognizant of wearing masks and distancing, so they are very considerate about health and safety. Highly. Recommended.

The young men worked for 2 days to get everything removed. They were very conscious of my needs and met them all! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do, I will call these guys again!!

Great, professional job done!

It went like clockwork. They arrive when they were scheduled. Looked over what was included in the clean out and got right to it. This is the second time we used OCLO and will use again for our new home. If you have stuff to clean out, give them a try, they won't disappoint.

The experience was incredible, they were very helpful fast, and flexible with my hectic schedule. Everything I asked to be removed was, and it was done in a timely manner at a great price. Justin was more than wiling to take away anything and always asked before removing items. They were professional and took care to make sure a mess was not left in their wake. I appreciate all the great work that they did, and cannot find one thing that I would have liked changed or done better. Great job!

They did a phenomenal job. Very courteous and professional and most of all, I trusted them and they didn't let me down. The house looks great and they were very thoughtful and made good decisions, and checked in to make sure I agreed. They closed all the windows, locked up the property and took care of everything they said they would plus more. I was very impressed and we will be using them again... And again.

They started off by quickly returning my initial email inquiry - within 3 hours. They offered to meet with me that night to do the walk through and provide an estimate - we met the following day due to my schedule. They met with me when it was convenient to me given my work schedule. They described the work they were going to do, how they would do it and an estimated date of completion. Everything they indicated up front was followed through on. They were there the day they promised. The job rolled over to the next day but only after calling me around noon the first day to ask if that was suitable (it was fine). Offered to meet my schedule again in order to do final walk through post-completion and square up with payment. Job cost was right on original estimate. No surprises. Would and will recommend them to others needing similar services.
