Malone's Window Cleaning

Ian and his assistant exceeded my expectations. They were courteous and respectful of home flooring by wearing booties on feet while indoors and generally did an incredible job washging all windows and power washing experior of my house.

Beginning of May left message for call back to discuss scope of job. The answering machine for the business indicated a response would be made within either 24 or 48 hours. To date have not received a response.

This is a small owner operated business with state-of-the-art equipment. I was very happy with the results.

I contacted Malone's for an estimate and Rachel was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our house is a row home and she googled it so she could see where to park the truck and determine any potential issues. They had a full schedule so it was a few weeks before we could get an appointment. The crew arrived on-time and were very polite. They wore paper booties inside so they wouldn't track water and mud. They worked quietly and efficiently - they didn't even scare the cat. They were even nice enough to help us remove a stuck light fixture on our porch ceiling. The windows were sparkly clean, and we couldn't believe how well the pressure washing took off the stains on the siding. We were hoping that they could wash the brick pavers in the back yard, but they determined that there was nowhere for the water to run off and we decided not to have that service performed. All in all, they provided quality work, they were friendly, and we will definitely have them back to perform these services again. Highly recommend.

Every email and phone call got a quick response; all exchanges were polite, clear and friendly. They arrived and finished on schedule;were delightful to have on the premises. They were very neat and systematic with their operation. If indoors, they covered their shoes with little booties. They left us with sparkling windows and uplifted spirits on every account. I recommend this company with the highest praise.

I was thrilled with the results. Our windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time and were clear and streak free afterwards. Our siding on the northwest side of the house was terrible and Ian really had to take a lot of time to get all the lichens off and now it looks great. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them again!

Rachel was great to deal with when setting up the appointment. She explained the services that would be provided and the estimated cost. She even called the day prior to suggest an earlier time if convenient (which was PERFECT for me!) Ian was prompt on the day of the service and very friendly. Ian also explained how the process would work. He was quick and thorough. Absolutely a pleasure to work with both of them.

I had a very big job on my historic home and Malones was the best price by about 3%. They did a FANTASIC job. My windows were disgusting. A lot of it was ladder work too. The glass was INVISIBLE when they were done.

Arrived a bit early, which is on time for me. They removed each screen carefully and hand washed, with a screen washing device, each screen, both sides. The set them to dry. They went to work with their special window washing equipment, and washed each outside window with the special brush, each inside surface was hand washed and dried. I had some windows with construction adhesive, splattered stucco, hand prints, and they removed each and every mark. They took the time to clean the construction debris and dirt from the window sill and channels. Each and every window came out spotless, and crystal clear. You could not tell the men were here, they placed any moved furniture back in place. They cleaned the window sills outside and inside. This is a great, trustworthy company, I would leave them in my home while I was gone, without a doubt. I could not have cleaned the windows as well as they did. Ian, the owner and Joe, his assistant were very gracious, knowledgeable and polite. Why waste your time climbing around on ladders, buying cleaners, towels, etc. Just pick up the phone and give Malone a call. You will not be sorry!

We live in a house built in 1924, and most of the windows are the originals. Each window has its own problems, and the house sits on the side of a steep hill. I doubted that some of the windows could actually be cleaned at all. Ian and Joe arrived on time, put on booties before stepping foot into the house, and cleaned the inside and outside of every ornery window. There is not a streak or smudge anywhere, and the house is brighter than it has been in years. In addition, Ian charged LESS than the estimate, since the work went more quickly than he expected. I recommend Malone's highly and will absolutely hire them again.

Rachel Malone came to our home and provided a comprehensive quote, listing all services and prices. We then set a date for the service. Ian Malone and his crew came to our house on time and presented himself very professionally. He explained what he would like to do and asked if there were any issues. He then proceeded to methodically to perform the screen removal, cleaning, screen repair and reinstallation. The crew cleaned up after them and themselves. My wife was ecstatic with the job and needless to say we will have them back next year - appointment already booked.

I utilized their process to obtain an on-line estimate for the work I wanted performed and scheduled an appointment very quickly and easily. When Ian arrived (on-time) we discovered that I missed counting 2 windows when submitting the estimate. No problem. Ian updated the cost for me and I approved the services. Ian did a great job, inside and out cleaning windows, sills and screens. He did an excellent job. He also took several screens that needed repair and gave me a price. I was very pleased with the ease of the process, the quality of the work, Ian and Rachel's sense of Customer Service and the excellent product delivered. Requested a full quotation, in conjunction with a special they were running, to clean all the windows on my home. No agent ever showed up, and I never heard from them again.

They did a great job. They even made a necessary repair to our gutters that we weren't aware we needed. Overall, I was very happy with their service.
