He not only called back right away, but also showed up promptly for the job the very next morning. He has such high-end equipment, it was done incredibly quickly and easily: 8 minutes for the largest stump, even faster for the second one. He even overdelivered: cleaned up despite saying he probably wouldn't be able to. The price was also extremely competitive. These days, it's hard to get contractors of any kind - especially tree people - to even call back. LC is head and shoulders above the rest!
