Claudio is a consummate professional. After we had our initial conversation he sent me an email with a contract attached outlining everything we had discussed, including the cost. He doesn't accept payment until the work is done. I had family coming to visit and although he was booked, he made room in his schedule so I could have my windows washed the day prior to their arrival. He was here on time and did a great job. We hired Cotto's Cleaning Services for move-out cleaning in Carlisle. Claudio did a great job. The townhouse was spotless. He was very professional, hard working, and courteous. He kept us updated on his arrival time and came when he said he would. We would highly recommend him.

I have had several cleaning services over the last thirty years. Some were average, others disappointing. I believed that superior was not something practiced in housecleaning. That changed with Claudio. He takes pride in his work, has integrity and is a WORKER!. I would not call him a house cleaner, but a house "detailer". He is amazing. I am going to recommend him to all my friends on facebook who are physicians and nurses who don't have the time and energy. I would be proud to do so.
