David was flexible with scheduling, as my wife went into labor just days before the job. He said to just get back to him, and was able to get out and complete the work. He was happy to look at some other things that concerned me, and gave straightforward advice. I've since called David to discuss potential projects that have come up and will continue to stay in touch as our preferred contractor.
