He charged us $25.00 for him to write up an estimate. Which was fine, so I gave him the money. We waited for a while and never heard back from him regarding our estimate. I tried calling him multiple times but never heard back from him. We ended up going with someone else who gave us an estimate on the spot when they were here at our home.

Everything went extremely well. Mark was very responsive; I left him a voicemail and he returned my call within 10 minutes, I sent him photos of the problem and then an appointment was setup to occur within a few days. He is very knowledgable and does great with wood/carpenter work and plumbing. Mark is extremely reliable and experienced. I have other handyman projects that I will hire him to do. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with his work. He comes in, does the job and finishes up promptly. Mark does have years of experience and it shows in his work!!!

A gutter installer spliced one downspout into another instead of using a funnel. The installer inserted the spliced in piece too far into the primary downspout. Over time that splice clogged up with dirt and debris, causing water to back up in that downspout section. When the water froze it blew the seam out of the downspout section and caused the water to spurt all over my back deck and against the foundation, working its way into the basement. Mark disassembeld the faulty section, installed a new section with a gutter funnel so both downspouts could freeflow into one, and rain water was properly diverted away from the deck and foundation. My foundation is dry once again. Mark did promise to work me into his busy schedule and he came sooner than I anticipated. He called me several times after I had missed his calls. When we connected he was at my home in less than an hour. Good handymen are always busy so I was relieved that Mark could work me in so quickly.

I have never had anyone respond faster! The porch was down right away and he was very careful with the brick on the house where it was attached and the patio also. The area was perfectly cleaned up and the price was great. Everything was better than I had expected and we will definitely call him again. Thanks Mark!

I contracted Rogo's Handyman Service for several repair jobs. He repaired my roof which was leaking at the peak. I had several other "handymen" do a repair but my roof continued to leak. Mark replaced the entire roof vent and solved my problem. He came at very short notice to do the work as we were experiencing rainy weather and I was concerned about further interior damage. I needed to have two shed doors custom made for my outdoor sheds. One of these sheds also had considerable water damage to the entire lower edge. Mark constructed two replacement doors that are just perfect and replaced all of the water damaged materials so that the shed looks as if it was originally that way. I just love how beautiful the sheds now appear ! He then installed two vinyl screen doors on my back porch. Again, this was a custom job as the opening needed to have additional wood installed in order for the installation to be correct. I am so pleased with how these doors look. I will hire Rogo's Handyman Service again as he is very talented, professional and pleasant to deal with. The cost of my repairs was in line with what I expected to pay. It was nice to finally find someone who returned calls and emails and did exactly what he said he would do. It is obvious that Mark enjoys what he does and takes pride in a job well done.

They were very professional and made some great suggestions regarding how to save money and do a very good job. They were very honest. Everybody else we had before wanted to charge us thousands of dollars, but they didn't try to rip us off. Therefore, we decided to hire them when we do the remodeling.

CALLED FOR SERVICE AND ROGO'S HANDYMAN CAME OUT TO VIEW WORK THE SAME DAY OF CALL. HE CAME BACK TWO DAYS LATER TO DO THE WORK AND WAS OUT IN ONLY 1-1/2HOURS. VERY EFFICIENT, QUALITY WORK. WILL DEFINITELY CALL ROGO'S HANDYMAN AGAIN WHEN THE NEED ARISES.

Great! Mark was very nice. He was thorough and professional. He took awhile to get back to me with my first phone call but after that responded promptly and was on time for our appointment. His work was of excellent quality and his prices were fair. In fact, I am having him back in to do another job this month. This time he responded within 24 hours to my message and scheduled an appointment within a week. I would definitely recommend him to your customers.

Weekend plumbing problem and Mark dropped what he was doing to come and help us. We called at 11AM and he was here by noon. He did an excellent and thorough job and we are now back in service. No mess and he was very efficient. We would definitely recommend Rogo's Handyman Service to anyone we know, and won't hesitate to call him for other services as well.

Mark was great to deal with. I explained to him I wasn't getting any hot water out of any faucet but cold was working fine. He came out on a Friday night. Since my water heater was only 6 years old, he didn't think that was the problem. The cold water shut off valve was stuck. After mark got that working and replacing the gasket there was still no hot water. Mark had to dig a little further but ran out of time on Friday. So Mark come back on Saturday. Next he removed both hot and cold water nipples in the hot water tank. He found the hot water nipple was installed in the cold side and installed upside down and blocking the hot water from flowing. After the bad hot water nipple was replace and installed on the correct side it fixed the problem. I now have more hot water than I know what to do with. This was my first time using Rogo's Handyman Service and he can out super quick even on a Friday and Saturday night. Thanks again Mark for great service and I'm sure I will be calling you again!!!! I called Mark and he returned the call within 10 minutes; he was very neat and courteous. I used Mark to replace a hot water tank at my rental property and was very pleased and I knew that he would do a good job again and I was not disappointed. I would use him again.

Mark came to my house a few days after I called him to see if he could determine source of water spots on ceiling. He looked in the attic and on the roof and determined the problem. Very satisfied with Mark.

The existing floor had broken and damaged boards. Mark carefully pulled back the carpeting,and cut out the affected area. He then installed new 3/4" subflooring and 3/8" plywood. He also replaced adjacent wood trim and reinforced an adjacent portion of the floor. Then he recovered the work area with the existing carpet. '

I found an ad online, called, and received a response call the same day. Mark came out to look at the project the next day. He took measurements and pictures and was genuinely interested in providing a solid quote. He was prompt, punctual, and professional. He was here on a Friday and called me with a quote on Monday. He also wrote up a more detailed quote and sent it via email per my request. He was easy to reach on the phone and was happy to take my calls to answer questions. His quote was fair. I ultimately did not use Rogo's Handyman Service because I had an identical quote from another service who was able to start the project sooner. However, I would strongly consider calling Rogo's again for my future project needs.

Experience was excellent. Mark returned my phone call quickly, arrived on time and got right to work. He did an excellent job on all projects. He is personable, professional, experienced and has a great sense of humor. Mark said he gained his expertise doing handyman / construction activities since high school, working for a friend's father. The work was scheduled, and completed over two different days. I am relieved to finally find someone who does a good job, for a fair price and who is a professional. I plan to continue using Mark for all projects on both the houses on my property.

I have a rental property that the hot water tank went bad, I called Mark at 8:30 on Sunday night and left him a message and he returned the call in 5 minutes and I had never met the man before, he told me to tell him what was happening and I told him and he told me that the tank would need replaced, I explained to him that the tank had a 6 year warranty and that it was only 4 years old, he told me what I needed to about calling the company about the warranty and said to call him after I talked with them. I called Mark and again he returned my call in 5 minutes and told me he would call me back in 40 minutes and we could discuss things then. He called and came over to the property and took out the old tank he met me at Lowe's with the old hot water tank and got the new tank and installed it. He was very corteous and I might say that I was very impressed with how fast he got back to me. I would definitely call him again.

I own a 1920-built house in need of maintenance and update repairs. I am preparing the house for sale. I went to Angie's List to find a Handyman. (Throughout my time as a homeowner, I have relied on Angie's List to provide me with reliable services, which it always has!) This is how I found Rogo's Handyman Service. Mark is the owner and provider of services. When I first called, I left a message, which he returned within 24 hours. He was able to come out to the property that day, and evaluate the work I wanted done. He provided me a price for this work within a few days, met with me the following week to carefully review each part of the contract, and then completed the work the following week, all the work completed in a day. (This process may have taken longer just because of my work schedule.) Mark was professional throughout the process. He completed the work efficiently, cleaned up after his work, and was respectful of my property during the entire time. His work on the house gave it a much-needed facelift !! His handiwork looks great !! I will definitely hire him again, and have already recommended him to friends and coworkers !!

Rogo's called back after my first phone call. Once on the job he completed the work as a professional. He had suggestions for ways to save money in completing the job. He was polite and on time and even lowered the estimate after he guaged the amount of work that needed done.I would definitely use Rogo's again.

After years of using his services he would not help me any longer. Turning your back on a customer who is a victim of domestic abuse after I used your service your years is just dirty.Your choice but my right to tell the truth of what happened, too. By the way, police patrol my house and properties. I suggest you not retailiate any further than you already have by denying me your services. Thanks, everyone.

We had several jobs around the house that needed done but seemed too small to call a contractor, after seeing advertisements around town for Rogo's Handyman service we decided to give him a try for these small jobs. He came immediately and called us within 2 days with an estimate. He brought us a contract and reviewed it thoroughly with us before we signed. He began work a few days later and completed everything in a day and a half. He worked very cleanly and efficiently, vacuuming and wiping dust as he worked. He also searched for the source of our water leak in our breezeway and applied caulking around the areas where he believed we had the leak. We discussed a few other things he would do to finish the work that had not been included in the contract and he said he would get in touch in a couple of weeks to finish. The next day (Wednesday) we had heavy rain and Thursday I noticed there was a small wet spot on the new paneling in the breezeway. I called Rogo on Friday, left him a message and he returned my call two days later. He arrived early Monday morning to look at the area and said he did not think it was leaking that the carpet was most likely still damp and the wet spot was from water in the carpet. He advised us to run our dehumidifier in the room to dry it out and he marked the wet area on the panel. He called me a few days later to ask if the wet spot had gotten bigger, which it had not. Overall we were very satisfied with his work and he paid great attention to details, not just doing the work but also finding the source of our water problem and fixing it. he was professional, efficient, clean, reliable and very knowledgeable in many service areas.

I contacted Rogo's Handyman Service to discuss some of my unfinished projects at my home. Mark arrived on schedule one day after my call. I requested that he power wash and stain steps/platforms to my front and read entrances to the home. Mark said "I can do that!! Repair a pocket door that was off the track. Mark said, "I can do that ". Re-hang a bathroom mirror, he can do that!! Design and build a handrail for one o the steps/platforms, he can do that!! My point is Mark said "he can do that and he DID everything he said he would do!! The project estimate covered materials and labor. I think the price was fare and the quality of his work is excellent.
