Description of Work: Plumbing, carpentry, and elevating washer and dryer since I have water coming in.

Description of Work: Mark installed attic stairs in my Mother's house. He's very skilled and did a top notch job with the install. The price he charged, in my opinion, was very reasonable considering its a hot dusty job where you have to cut into the ceiling, reinforce the ceiling joists, square up the opening, install the stairs, put up trim and make sure the house isn't covered in drywall dust. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing these types of jobs done around the house.

Description of Work: Wouldn't recommend to any one. This man wasn't professional at all. He was rude to me, refused to give me a bid. Said he would only give it when he knew for sure we were using him. But couldn't make that decision because we had no bid! He told my husband that it was free then,when he met me he told me if "I would of know that it was going to take three hours I would of charged you!" Then tried to make me pay 40$. Then told me when he did write the bid up it was going to cost 80-90$ because his time is to valuable and precious. He kept saying I don't work for free. He made me feel very uncomfortable because of his nasty attitude. Then kept hounding my mortage company to find out if we were using him. But there again couldn't tell him for sure because he refused to give an itemized bid. I would never of entered into that contract with him due to the fact he could have charged 20k and I would of been stuck paying that. He also said to me that he wasn't going to waste his valuable time writing up a bid for another contractor to come in and look at to base their prices off his. But the first time I met him he asked me to bring my previous contractors bid for him to look at! So he did exactly what he said he didn't want someone else doing to him!

Description of Work: I left a voice mail for him and it took a week for him to respond. He said he had phone issues, that happens. He came to my house that day looked over the work that needed done and said he would call with an est. within the next 2 days. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from him since.

Description of Work: I called and spoke to Mark Rogozinski and told him I found his company on Angie's list and I explained to him the work I needed to be done. He gave me a minimum price and told me that he could do the work but it might be a week and a half before he could do it and I told him that was fine. He told me he would call me back in twenty minutes to schedule the service. Over two days have passed and he has not called. I even gave him a follow up call and left a message to be sure he had my phone number and that was two days ago and still no call! As a first time user of Angie's list, I am not at all satisfied.

Description of Work: He replaced chimney cap and protectant sealer. Refinished /repainted base that was rusted. Removed rust marks from the vinyl siding.

Description of Work: Mailbox was loose, rotted wood. Replaced wood, fixed it so mailbox is in the ground and sturdy, used concrete. Mailbox now stands straight.

Description of Work: He pressure washed my front porch, 100 feet of sidewalk and the railings. He also did some pruning of bushes.

Description of Work: He came over to fix the toilet.

Description of Work: He pressure washed the house and a shed, cleaned and repaired gutters, and replaced siding. He also replaced a dryer vent.

Description of Work: I called Rogo's Handyman Service yesterday and told him what I needed done.....sink faucet in kitchen was loose and outside spigot was leaking and needed replaced. He told me he could either come the next day or I would have to wait about two weeks because he had some other jobs he was working on. I opted for the next day. He gave me a quote over the phone, not knowing what kind of problems he might run into. In order to fix the outside spigot, he had to first replace some valves on the main water line inside because they were corroded and broken. If he had any spare parts in his truck, he was more than happy to get them and use them. As for the loose sink faucet, he discovered it was missing a nut. He checked for one and didn't have one, so my husband went to the hardware store while he was working on the outside spigot. The hardware store gave my husband the wrong one, but Mark was able to make it work. Very creative on his part we thought.
