I thought there was an issue with the furnace's "SMART OR NOT SO SMART" thermostat because I just had my furnace checked in the fall. The furnace was coming on and off with short runs. Brian did a full diagnostic check on the furnace and it was good to go. He even checked to make sure there wasn't a gas leak! ð I requested a Honeywell old fashion thermostat installed , which he did. Problem solved plus the cost was reasonable. Brian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Of course I had a lot of questions. He answered them without even blinking an eye and with a smile. But beware an older gentleman was with him and he was quite a talker but very knowledgeable too! ð I would call Bradley Brothers again for service and highly recommend them too."
