Universal Plumbing Heating & Mechanical

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. John is an arrogant, nasty, demeaning individual who we used a couple of times. The only reason we continued with him was because our well pump, which he installed, was still under warranty and after one and a half years it stopped working altogether. He made us wait a couple of days before coming out and when he did show up his equipment broke and he wanted us to pay for a crane to come out and raise the pump back up. We said that this should be his responsibility especially due to the fact that he broke his own equipment and the pump was under warranty. He, being his usual grossly unpleasant self refused. Another company came to fix the problem. They were extremely professional and we are glad that things turned well (no pun intended). WE WILL NEVER USE UNIVERSAL PLUMBING HEATING & MECHANICAL AGAIN!!!!!!!

He took care of the problem. He did what he was asked to do. He came when he said he would. Many times, they all seem a little expensive for what they do, but I guess I have to go with the flow. I would recommend him to others. I have used him before and would use him again in the future if necessary.
