A Couple of Painters

They weren't top notch, but not bottom of the line. Their painting was good. They took the doors off of the hinges and took them to the shop to paint them. They came right back to take care of an issue. They were there everyday they said they would be.

They started off very well it took them 3 days to do all interior painting but which they (Tony, his wife and son) did a very professional job aside from a few paint marks on my stair carpet it was a very professional job. Unfortunately though they lossed my business once they started the deck staining. Tony was busy and sent another crew over to do the work and the workmanship was TERRIBLE. It took them 3 days to do 1 days worth of work( I know this because the additional 9/10ths of the work I did myself) The deck was streaky and they actually painted over synthetic decking which cost is 60 bucks per board. I had taped off the areas and when they stained they left the tape on and did not remove. They came back and sanded the deck and restained but now it looks like a solid stain instead of opaque. Tony the owner did stop over and agree that it was a poor job and they would come over to correct after I called and complained. Of course the day he was to come over he did not show up nor did he call me. It has now been three weeks and they have not contacted me and the season to stain decks has passed. I will resand the deck myself in the spring because I would like it done right. I did pay them in full my big mistake. They also go under Master Care as much as I liked them on a personal level they will NEVER be called to do work in my home. I can imagine how poor their carpentry work is..........
