I've used LHPH for many services over the course of owning two homes in two communities. I've purchased HVAC systems from them, had drains unclogged by them, received advice and evaluations on well pumps, etc. I've always found them to be prompt, professional, courteous, and fairly-priced. I've come to know many of them on a first-name basis. I'm the sort who like to understand the ins and outs of things, ask a lot of questions, and double-check on things. I'm also the sort of person who likes to understand what's going on. They've always been patient and helpful, taking time to explain things and answer questions. That's something few service providers care to do. From my reading of others reviews of this and similar services, I wonder if people at times hold services to an impossible standard of availability and outcome. Troubleshooting anything is tough. Sometimes people don't get it right the first time. Yet, they're still worthy of being paid for their efforts. In my experience with LHPH, they've been helpful when I'm not satisfied the first time.

Suburban Water came, looked at meter and pointed out that the meter was totally dry and the leak was coming from above. Recommended a competent plumber. Second plumber (Killinger) found a hole in a drain line and a leak in the supply line and fixed it along with reseating a toilet that was loose.

The repairman wanted to remove our garbage disposal unit. He said it hindered his access to the faucet and made it difficult for him to do the replacement of the faucet. He stated garbage disposal units were not necessary and should be removed.

repair was not done right, They didn't replace dryer and caused contamination of the unit and compressor failure.

I was very pleased with their service. They are very professional. They did the job in a timely way and their price was fair. The price was better than any of the others I had talked to.

I’m amazed at the furnace size. Lock Haven offers high efficiency furnaces and geo-thermal. There were some changes that I wanted and they never came back to fix it. The water drains to the floor and I wanted it to drain to the washer. They didn’t respond to my needs. I would call them back to service the unit but they just ignored this issue with the plumbing. I’ve got a sore nerve about that. I’m the customer and I’m spending thousands of dollars and I didn’t want the pipe on the floor.

The work went very well. They were professional and punctual. Their prices are reasonable. The worker who came out didn't waste time or fool around.
