J J Peters has always been our disposal service, and we have never had a problem with them. They typically come to our house around the same time in the afternoon every week- however last week they were a few hours early. I had no idea that they were early, and I did not have my cans out at the curb. The driver of the truck actually backed up into my driveway (we live in a rural area, and have a mid-length driveway), and was going to collect my garbage from the cans that were still at the very back of my house. The truck in the driveway tipped me off that they were early, so when I went outside to investigate, not only did the gentleman retrieve and empty my cans for me, but he also apologized for being early, and waited for me to empty the cans inside the house. I feel that they went above and beyond what their job probably calls for- after all, they would have gotten paid whether or not they collected my garbage or not, right? I couldn't imagine being any happier with this service.
