+ -1 moreVery responsive, called in the afternoon, got a response that evening. Showed up the next morning, promptly at 8am as scheduled. He was very polite, looked over the problem area and gave my wife a fair estimate for the work that needed to be completed. He said that he had a job that day, but if we wanted, he could pick up the material and come back that afternoon. We weren't able to call him back till about 1pm, but he still showed up that afternoon and got our issues taken care of. We weren't able to get another estimate as all other area roofers weren't available to come out, but I feel like we were given a good price, and the work was certainly done to our satisfaction (we will know for sure next rain storm). We will definitely be giving Helping Hand Home Repairs a call in the future.
Description of Work: Had water coming into our garage through the ceiling, but we weren't sure from where. Turns out, our builder only taped flashing up under a window above the garage and there were gaps around the window sill. Had new flashing secured and caulk applied around window sills. We thought it was going to be ALOT more involved, glad we got an honest assessment.
