Had a shingle replaced that came off in the high winds. Jason also did another very minor repair. He arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend his company.

Our home had several shingles torn off from the most recent heavy winds to hit the area. I found Evans quality roofing through Angie's List. I contacted through Angie's List Friday evening and Mr Evans contacted me back Saturday morning. Fast amazing and honest service. I contacted 4 other roofing companies in which most haven't even followed up with me. As of Monday morning Mr.Evans came by, gave an estimate and had the work done within 30 minutes. Evans Quality Roofing has earned a return customer. We will be looking to get a new roof by this fall hopefully and Evans Quality Roofing will be our go to company. Excellent work. It could not have been better. Owner and general manager Jason Evans made a dreaded undertaking almost pleasant. He kept me informed of plans regarding scheduling and met every commitment he made, either on or ahead of time. He was responsive in answering questions patiently and precisely, provided a professional job estimate, and was very organized, thus minimizing any waste of time or materials. This kept job costs down. Based on my experience with his work, I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I left a message for Evans Quality Roofing regarding an estimate for the work needed. I received a call back the next day (I appreciated the promptness!) We scheduled a time to look over the job. Jason came by on time (again...prompt) and looked at my roof. He later described the type of ridge vent he recommended and how it was far more sturdy and would certainly prevent future leaks. Jason also said he could match the shingles for the ridge vent cap. The pipe gaskets were almost a non-issue. He said it would only take a few more minutes and he'd already be up on the roof. He showed up and performed the work on time. I'm emphasizing the promptness thing since most of us have to take time off from work (like I did) in order to be home for the job. I received a total of four estimates. A fifth contractor never even bothered to get back to me even though we spoke over the phone about an estimate. Other estimates included work that I felt was completely unnecessary (ie. replacing the cap on top of my covered deck, which looks fine to me and shows no signs of leaking) or the estimate was WAY overpriced. Evans was recommended on Angie's List, and I would strongly agree with that recommendation.

The process went smoothly from start to finish. Price quoted was below other companies, yet workmanship was superior. I really appreciated the care that was given in protecting our home from the roof debris while it was being replaced utilzing drop cloths to covered the windows and siding. I highly recommended this roofing contractor due to his exceptional workmanship.

We needed a new gabled roof after ours started to leak. Jason suggested we replace the sky light - something we didn't even think of. He got the job done in one day and on our schedule (over a weekend since this was at a business). We also now have a new sky light that opens! I should also add that months before he came out and looked at the roof and did not pressure us to get it replaced.

I contacted Jason with Evans Quality Roofing to setup up an appointment for a estimate. Jason showed up as promised and was very professional. The estimate came back at a reasonable cost, and I like how all the fees are upfront on the contract, with no hidden costs. After sending in the deposit an appointment was scheduled for the work to be completed. Jason and the crew showed up that morning and in 5.5 hours 2 layers of shingles were removed, plywood repaired, and new underlayment was installed. The crew also replaced the fascia boards and wrapped them in metal, installed new gutters and downspouts, and hooked up the bathroom vent to the roof vent. While the work was being completed I had a concern and Jason had no issues addressing it. The following day I had a question about the roof after it was completed and I sent Jason a email. Within the hour he emailed me back to address a concern. With The level of communication and the professionalism I was recommend Evans Quality Roofing to anyone needing work done!

The owner of the company is professional and knowledgeable. Estimate true to his word and in writing. Crew of 12 arrived early and stayed late. Entire job completed in 1 day. Next day final inspection and adjustments for about 1 hour.

Work and clean up was completed in a timely manner.

Jason checked out our problem the same day that we called. He gave us an estimate a few days later and completed the work shortly thereafter. Everything was handled very promptly and professionally.

He was great to communicate with by email and texting. He answered every question I had very quickly and was super professional. I love the way the roof looks, I'm sorry you can't see it from the ground because it's above the third floor. The flashing is installed into a groove cut into the bricks (the way he does it and the way I wanted it done) so it will not pull away from the bricks as glued-on flashing eventually does. Also, he is a GAF certified installer which I read while doing research is a very good thing. FYI: He lets you get your own permits so make sure you give yourself a lot of time to do this. One of the three permits I was required to get in the historic district took 2 weeks to arrive.

Excellent results. We shopped around and were surprised to find their services to be the most affordable for the IDENTICAL shingles and warranty offered by the competition`. The crew showed up early and stayed until the job was done, the crew was also very efficient and professional. No cursing or inappropriate behavior like I saw from the company our neighbors hired when they needed a roof. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up so we didn't have to worry about getting nails in our driveway and yard. Would recommend them first and only to whoever who wants the best for less.

Jason, the owner, gave me a thorough estimate including photos of the work that needed to be done. He also provided detailed information about the materials that would be used. He was very responsive to all of my questions and returned calls promptly. The work was done efficiently in the time frame that I was given, and the workers did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I was happy with this company and would use them again.

From start to finish, this job was done professionally and efficiently. In one day, my new beautiful roof was completed! Evans was prompt to respond to let me know that he had moved away from the area and would inform me if he was available to work in Lancaster. I would prefer to have Evans do the work because I know the quality of his work but it seems that this may not happen.

The job was completed on time and I was very satisfied. The roofing contractor was very quick to respond to questions through phone calls and emails. The roof was completed in one day and the gutters were also completed in one day. There were about 4-5 in the crew, so the roof was not exposed to the elements for more than a few hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality roofing job done.

Great, shingles arrived on Friday, lifted by a truck crane onto the roof. Monday, a crew of 5 or 6 workers came along with Jason. They went right to work and finished about 4-430. Took off all the old shingles and installed new GAF Timberland HD shingles. Everything was cleaned up around the house and the roof is beautiful. They also replaced some roof sheathing that had rotted. I would recommend them to anyone.

We made the appt, he showed up right on time and chose the color. They came out and did the work right on time. They brought the debris container on Friday, did the roof on Monday, and took the bin away on Tuesday. The clean up was great. We did have a slight drainage issue after, but they came right out and figured out there were a couple of shingles that had fallen into the gutter.
