Unfortunately, my project needed a little more than what this contractor specializes in and I am.a little out of the general area they service as well... my loss because this contractor responded right away, was extremely professional and helpful, replying to every question I asked. I wish I could have hired him, because he really made me comfortable and have trust in him during our correspondence.

Description of Work: Jason Evans personally set up and oversaw the replacement of our roof, about 3000 square feet. The crew began promptly as we were told, and they completed the job within the time frame Jason had set. They took care to clean up well, and met our expectations, and Jason was responsive to our inquiries. We could not have been better served, and highly recommend Evans Roofing.

Description of Work: Evans Quality Roofing installed a new roof over the entire house. Prior to the installation I had a leak and called Jason and asked if he could come over and take a look. Jason did and went up on the roof and not only called some area but there was one single missing and he installed a temporary shingle and did so without any cost. That worked and on the date he said they would be here they were. I gave his company a 100% rating because he earned it. Great workers and Jason was on site most of the day and was even on the roof helping to install the new roof. I also sent in a review card to your service. Thanks

Description of Work: I did get Evans roofing to inspect my roof and gutters. The gentleman gave me a verbal quote for repairs, which I was fine with. That was in February, if I remember correctly. He did tell me that as soon as the weather warmed up (we did have a brutally cold winter here in South Central PA), he would call me to set up an appointment to fix the roof. I agreed. When April came, and I hadn't heard from Mr. Evans, I contacted him through Angie's List. He then told me that once he got more than one job in the Lancaster County area, he would come (he's actually based in York County). Okay....well, as of today (July), I still haven't heard from him. Sorry but, I'm definitely going to have to go with someone else at this point! | |I think that, if Mr. Evans only wanted jobs in the York County area, he should have stated such.

Description of Work: It took a while (24 hours) for my initial contact to be returned. When he called I was available and he came right over. He did not try to sell me a whole new roof which we appreciated. The work took less than an hour and he was gone. I am glad that I now have a roofer I can trust.

Description of Work: My home was an old home built in 1865 with 2500 square ft of shingles, Jason arrived on the morning of day one confident he should be able to finish in one day, after they discovered a second layer of shingles, he informed me that it would take an additional day, I was absolutely impressed with the amount of work they were able to achieve day 1. I truly believe he would have finished in one day had there not been a second layer. He had 5 guys there and they all were hard working. They took down 2 chimneys and removed 2 layers of shingles and replaced rotted boards and installed new wood over old chimneys like they were never there also installed roof vent along with a complete shingle replacement. I would highly recommend using this company for any roof work. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

Description of Work: Evans Quality Roofing replaced missing shingles and repaired a leaky valley (~10 ft in length). The repairs were quick, clean, and effective.

Description of Work: After a long delay for winter weather, Evans Quality Roofing put a new shingled roof on the main portion of my house. They also put a new rubber roof on the rear addition along with repairing a skylight.
