He was very responsive, prompt and professional in all correspondence. However, due to him having truck problems and running into scheduling problems I was unable to have the work completed and have requested a refund.

He cleaned our gutters without any damage and took all the leaves with him. We were very pleased with the job.

From the beginning Mr Evans was very professional and friendly. He was here on time and went straight to what he had to do. He even assisted my neighbor with some shingles on his roof. I highly recommend him and am looking forward to doing business with him again.

Josh Evans called me back promptly and then came within two days to clean our gutters. He was careful to not damage anything (our slate roof and gutters),. He also hauled the leaves away. It was a perfect experience.

The appointment was set for 9 AM on November 30th. The appointment was made several weeks in advance because I wanted to make sure all leaves were off the trees so I was afraid that Evans might forget, but the representative arrived at 8:45. My other concern was that I would be told that the roof needed replacing even if it might not. I am a woman. Anyway, Jason (the rep.) inspected the roof and then showed me an actual picture of the one area around the bathroom vent that needed a new collar (approx. $75) to repair. He cleaned out all of the gutters. He also did some cauking around the chimney and as a temporary fix around the vent at no additional charge. Since he did not have a collar with him, he will return at another time to complete that job. He told me that the roof showed no other signs of cracking or problems. What a relief! I have a shed that definitely needs a new roof (approx. $400) but I am going to put that job off until possibly spring 2013. I was very pleased with the service and felt that I was dealing with an honest contractor.

Jason came out for the estimate right on time. After explaining what was needing ( and showing photos he took on the roof), he was able to present an electronic estimate/contract on the spot. He then installed a temporary patch that carried me through Hurricane Sandy to finish at scheduled time. When the weather did not cooperate with the appointment, he contacted me promptly and rescheduled. He arrived on time again, completed the repair without my presence, and did a great job. Very professional!

All went well. Jason completed job in 1 day -- ahead off schedule. He kept me informed of deliveries and pickup of trash container. Only minor problem (not Jason's fault) was placement of delivered shingles on roof by supplier. They did not place them were Jason had directed. We were out of town at the time (should have been home) and they were placed in a problem area which created minor roof leaks when Hurricane Sandy hit. All was fixed. Again, Jason did a tremendous job and did it ahead of schedule and always kept us informed of the progress. His original estimate was very reasonable and below two others we received. Cleaned up everything before he left and gave a detailed tour of finished product.

They were a little bit cheaper. They were willing to work with me. Some of it was I get my materials from Home Depot and I can set up the payments over time. So, I do not have to come up with the full 8000 dollars all at once. Some of the other companies would not let me do that. He understood that and was willing to work with me on that. So, I was able to come up with the money to pay him. He was flexible and reasonable. Evans is a little bit smaller and I was looking to deal with somebody. Evans was willing to work with me and get it done. It was a little more challenging to deal with Home Depot but he helped me with that. I am excited to see how it turns out on Monday.

They were quick, thorough and courteous.

We were very happy with the whole experience. Jason was very professional and thorough. The cost was minimal compared to the peace of mind it brought to us knowing what condition our gutters and roof were in. We have a tall 2 story colonial home and have never been on the roof since we moved in 12 years ago. We now have the knowledge we need to proceed with immediate and future maintenance to have a quality roof for many years to come.

Jason had waste container dropped off as scheduled for monday AM and started on the roof at about 8 oclock. Worked monday and tuesday taking off old roof and putting down underlayer paper. cleaned up the yard as he worked and put every thing away each night. Finished the job on thursday as he said he would. Waste container picked up first thing friday morning. Now it gets the big test, we see if it holds up to this hurricane.

Very pleased with his price (lower than other estimate). He was ontime and very professional. Our yard and back deck were cleaned up before he left the final day. When going over the various options for repair he gave me information and price differences to decide which type of shingles to use.

I contacted Jason through Angie's List because he was running a special on gutter cleaning. He came out, but because my house was small, he did not charge me the advertised price, but less. He inspected the Gutters, one was clogged. He also reattached some of the spots on the gutters that were pulling loose from the house. He suggested that I might want to have the flashing around the chimney looked at since it did not appear to be very good. He cleaned all gutters, reattached gutters where needed and is going to provide me a quote for new gutters and spouting in the spring and also repair the flashing around the chimney. He did a great job and I will use him again.

We were having problems with water cascading from gutters during rainstorms. Evans responded quickly and arrived promptly on the scheduled day. He worked quickly and efficiently and was courteous and professional. We will definitely call him again if we have roofing or gutter problems.

Jason came out within one week for the estimate. Then once we agreed to use his services, he was there within a week. He gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done, offered some recommendations, took pictures before and after so we could see exactly where he worked and what he did, completed the job in less than four hours and even sent a thank-you note! I would highly recommend him for future work.

Arrived at the time promised and completed in less than an hour. One minor recommendation was made and I declined for now. Need to wait for the next rain before evaluating the work but if it's like the service all should be well. Will advise later only if something negative comes up.

Mr. Evans showed up promptly for an arranged appointment for providing a quote. The quote was detailed and was received later on the same day. His price was in the middle between other two quotes we obtained. When notified that we wanted him to do the work, he gave us a schedule and performed the work faithfully to that schedule. Dealing with him was very efficient since he makes excellent use of his iPhone and communicates effectively using email.

Jason made the roof repair process extremely pleasant. I was expecting a high cost and high stress process. I purchased the roof maintenance package off Angie's List. Called Jason, left him a message and he called me back within one hour. He explained his services, answered my questions and scheduled a time to meet. I had some conflicts with Jason's availability due to my work schedule. Jason worked with the days I had available and agreed on a time and date that was less than a week away. Jason showed up early for our appointment. We showed Jason our leak, he went up on the roof, came down gave us his analyzes, we approved the work and Jason had it completed with a few hours. The final invoice was what the original quote was. Overall this is a very low stress, high quality and very professional repair process. I highly recommend Jason and Evans Quality Roofing! He will definitely be my first call for roof maintenance and/or repair in the future.

He arrived on time, worked quickly and removed all litter when finished. All performed work is quaranteed for a period of 1 year.

Jason came out mid morning and inspected the roof. Promptly gave an estimate. Gave hime the okay to procede with the work. Finished the job about 3 hours later.

Jason was extremely professional. The project had a couple of kinks, but he was more than happy to accomodate and do a bang up job. He was fast, neat, and the final product looks great. He's the kind of guy you can trust to do a great job. I will definitely use Evans Quality Roofing in the future for future projects.

When Jason first came out to give us an estimate for our roof he was on time, professional and honest. He took detailed pictures of our roof and the problem areas and explained exactly why our roof needed to be replaced. He gave us a detailed estimate and explained that, because we had a rotten plywood issue in some areas of the roof he wouldn't know how much plywood would need to be replaced until they tore off the old shingles. He gave us a separate price for the cost per plywood sheet which no other company did. We appreciated the fact that he was going to charge us only for what we needed and didn't just give us a bulk price regardless of how much plywood he would actually have to use during the job. He also took the time to explain to us different shingle options so we could make the best decision for our home. Once we decided to use him, Jason was able to start our job quickly and completed it within a week like he told us he would. Each day he and his crew were on time, professional,friendly and left our home looking neat. They secured the roof well each night, even withstanding a very heavy rainstorm one evening that was unexpected. Our job was completed during some of the hottest days of the summer but no one ever complained and the quality of their work was excellent. While Jason was working at our house, he went above and beyond what I believe most contractors would. He helped us twice when our dog figured out how to escape out of our yard. He also noticed that one of our heating vents wasn't attached properly and made sure we knew so we could arrange to have it fixed. When the job was completed Jason cleaned up all debris from around our yard, left the house looking great and made sure we were happy with the work. Jason and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish and our new roof not only looks beautiful but has held up through some seriously heavy weather (including a nasty tropical system that knocked our power out for 7 days!!). A short time after our job was done, we even received a thank-you from Jason. It's nice to know that we were truly appreciated as customers!

During the extreme rainy weather we had this fall, the roof on the back portion of my house started to leak. As soon as I noticed this was happening, I contacted Evans Quality Roofing, and scheduled for Jason to come up to Harrisburg, PA to check out the roof and give me a free estimate. While he was at my home on the roof for the estimate ( and I was at work), he even cut back some of the overhanging tree branches. Later that evening, he contacted me to let me know what work needed to be done and the cost. He was able to come back within the next week and a half to put a new roof on the back addition of my house. This was the second time I had Evans Quality Roofing do work at my home. The first time was shortly after I bought my 65 year old house. He did a collection of minor repairs on the entire roof and around my chimney. When it's time to replace the roof on the main part of my house (which should be in the next couple years), I will have Evans Quality Roofing come back to perform once again the great quality of work that I've experienced in the past, and have come to expect.

We had only lived in our house for about five years. I really didn't want to have to get a new roof but I knew mine was getting old. To save money, I was hoping to put a new layer of shingles on top of the old. I had Evans Quality Roofing evaluate my roof's condition. Turned out I actually had three layers of shingles up there, which Jason explained was already too many layers. In some cases, he said two layers can be OK but definitely not three or four. So a tear-off was absolutely necessary. I dreaded the quote. But Jason was honest and reasonable and charged significantly less than the next closest estimate I received. I generally don't go with the lowest price because you get what you pay for. But with Evans, I took the chance based on the honest vibe I got from Jason. Turns out it was a GREAT decision! They did quality work, on time and on budget! I won't need another roof for 30 years. I'm pretty sure they'll still be around. (Too bad they don't cut grass or build additions because I would hire them right now!)
