1. Buckleys installed this second floor unit (in the attic). County code requires an alarm system on the overflow pan or a separate drain to keep allow the water an exit point without coming through the ceiling. Neither of these options were installed. 2. They came to my home in the early spring to service the unit which includes cleaning the air conditioning drain. The drain was not cleaned. 3. The drain clogged, the pan overflowed and the water came through my bedroom ceiling. The drywall is destroyed, carpet ruined and furniture damaged. 4. I called Buckleys for assistance and they would not return my calls. Refused to claim any responsibility for this catastrophe. 5. They gladly took my money which I paid in good faith, but they do not stand behind their work. I have filed with the BBB and levied a suit in small claims court.

He fixed everything right away. He came two minutes early; he came punctually at 8:00 and he did the job quickly. He has a wealth of experience. He's an experienced plumber, and he's nice. I haven't got the bill yet. I'm sure his bill must be fair. They're expensive no matter what. Plumbers are not cheap, so it was worth having somebody experienced and do a good job, a quick job, an excellent job. I appreciate that. He did a great job.

Referred to me by a neighbor. They did a great job. Great customer service. Technician informed me of what needed to be done after he diagnosed problem. This is a top notch family owned business. If you need their services I highly recommend them.

We called other plumbers and they said they couldn't come then, we called Buckley's and they said we will be right over. Not only did they come over they actually stayed in put in another exit line a different direction and stayed around to make sure it actually worked. He was really upset because he sloshed water from the basement upstairs, really caring and very professional. They are competent, they care about you, the prices are reasonable and they keep their word.

They're excellent, really good. They were helpful and great, just great people. We don't use anybody but them!

These people won't gouge ya. When you call them they are very interested in you and get back to you right away as soon as possible. They come out on a reliable basis, if they tell you they will be there they will be there. Their rates are reasonable, you can affordable them. When they're in the house and if I have a question about something else they will take their time and answer, they're not in a rush to get things done.

Very professional. They did a great job with the installation and explained what they were doing the whole way. Cleaned up well afterwards. Cost was commensurate to the work. I would use them again for other projects.

I always use this company. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. I am able to make payments on larger bills and they with the exception of once they have always been able to work me in. Even when they couldn't ( an emergency) they referred me to another plumber.

Just fine

I called and received prompt attention to my need to have a faucet and shower head replaced. Even though it was Thanksgiving week I was given an appointment. The technician arrived and promptly went to work as requested. He was neat and cleaned up his work area before departing. A very good experience!

Things went very well and I would use them again. They came out promptly and gave us a free estimate. They were here on time to do the work, completed the work in the time frame they gave us, cleaned up. There was no problem at all and they did exactly what they said they would do.
