I had to replace a 30 year old furnace. On time performance. Job was performed in tight quarters and this added to the time it took, but they got it done. I recommend them.

AJB discovered wiring in the wall where the duct was supposed to exit, so they had to work around that, but did so without increasing the charge for the work. They were pleasant and made an effort not to get in our way while they were in the kitchen working.

Installed nest thermostat for us. One of them installed improperly. Called them back but no one answered. Had to turn the whole unit off until I could get someone else to fix it

We were very pleased. They came out and gave us an estimate right away and got the work done the following week. We will definitely use them again!

When they did work in 2014, I was pleased. I called for an annual maintenance for my A/C this year and it was scheduled at 2 pm. I got a call saying they would be late and would not arrive until 4 pm. They were not at my house by 4 pm, so I cancelled the order. Don't schedule appointments if they cannot be kept and don't lie about when you will end up coming. Sorry, this is not good business. Don't schedule appointments on days when you can't keep them.

ABJ offered me exactly what I wanted at a price no one could beat. The customer service was excellent and professional. ABJ installed a furnace for us last fall and we are still going strong! I will use them again in the future if the need arises!

AJB wanted to get the manufacturer's rebate sent directly to them, which I thought was odd. Also, make sure you get a readable copy of a detailed contract/invoice clearly stating work to be performed, warranties and payments. They did nice work, they were fast and I would recommend them.

Its again standard rip off company...they told me to start up my furnace. They said start it up for $95 but they charged $140 for nothing he did. No parts, no repair, just starting up of the furnace since last start up was in last winter.

There appeared to have been a problem with the outside unit coming on after the install. The technician ensured me that he would find the problem and resolve it. He informed me that he had been installing units for over 10 yrs and he's never run into a problem that he could not solve. It turns out that it was the thermostat that was malfunctiioning. He replaced it with an upgraded model for no additional cost.

I was very happy with them and would recommend them to everyone. My father used to be my repairman and this was the first time I had to get something fixed without him. It couldn't have been a better match.

Got a quick response after I submitted the request on Home Advisor. They were not able to make the first appointment but came the next morning. Quick and efficient at diagnosing my system. Money well spent.
