Have not been able to use my new system since Andy installed it! After my initial complaint Andy will not return calls and I can't leave a VM because phone is full! Unit was installed on a third story deck with no drip pan, downstairs unit gets rained on every time i had it on. Andy insisted drip pan wasn't needed because unit would only drip when coils froze in the winter time - BS! Am calling another company to fix unit and will sue AJB for spotty, incomplete work. BTW, will never use Home Advisor again! Andy is the exact reason to get multiple quotes. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience!!!!!!!!

The company arrived to begin work before the scheduled time. They were efficient I have no problems with the work that was performed for my Air Conditioner. All procedures used for installation were explained to me.

Replaced a gas boiler and installed a new hot water heater. Andy did an excellent job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. Worked a very long day to restore heat and hot water in the middle of winter.

I'm very frustrated to by not being able to get in touch with him to be able to repair or explain the operation of the thermostat that was installed in my home and I was not provided a owners manual with the new system that was needed installed.
