Our central air unit quit working late last night. I searched for a repair person, this morning, on Angie's list, selected AJB. They contacted me within minutes, texted back and forth, was told that they could be out this afternoon. They just left here, the unit is working fine. I am very pleased with the service and advice on our very old system. I would definitely use them again.

I was surprised they came out as quick as they did. It was the next morning. My Mom s AC broke one of the hottest days. I m greatful they did come out the next day. AJB mechanical installed a complete AC and heating system last fall. We were told not to use the AC system until it was balanced. In mid April we called AJB to remind them that the installation was not complete until the system worked properly. A technician came to balance the system, but the system still does not work properly. On Wednesday May 8th AJB was called to inform them the system is still not working. A promise was made that someone would check out the system the following Monday. No one showed the entire week. On Sunday, May 19th, outside air temperature was 85 degF with higher than normal humidity. The AC system could not cool our house and the inside temperature rose all day eventually reaching 81 degF with the system running continuously. AJB was again called this morning May 20th and all kinds of excuses were made as to why they can not send someone out to look at the system. I do not recommend AJB Mechanical to anyone. They are over their head and do not appear to have the expertise or manpower to properly service their paying customers. Use someone else.

AJB gave us the best bid for the amount of work without ever overselling. Came in our home sat with us at the dining room and answered our questions. They came in and replaced all in 1 day. Very professional.

I opted to get two other quotes from HVAC providers on Home Advisor besides the initial one they recommended. Response time was immediate from AJB. The other two didn't contact me until about two hours later, & Home Advisor recommended choice was one of them. The gentleman showed up well within the time frame he gave, assessed the situation, made his suggestions as to what he felt was the best course of action, ordered the hot water heater & installed it all in the same day. He was very courteous, efficient, professional & was not pushy about what in the end, was my choice to do or not do. Would easily recommend AJB Mechanicals to others.

Their service was excellent; they did not give up until they found and fixed the problems with my nonfunctioning 55 year-old heating system. I highly recommend them for their professional and friendly service.
