Came when he said he would. Helped me get the most energy efficient unit for my house. Made sure unit qualified for tax rebate. Even though he ran into a few snags during intallation he stayed until job was complete and I was satisfied.

The gentleman was professional and fixed my furnance. I think the charge was a bit high for less than an hour's work, but from talking to others, the price was reasonable.

Had to call BGE 2 months later who told me how to maintain boiller.

Andrew was very prompt in returning my phone call and even was willing to go to the property with our Realtor to give us an estimate prior to our purchase in Arbutus. We found another home or we would have had This Heating/Cooling company do our work on that home. They were really great. The secretary followed up with a repeat phone call as well. Same day service, repaired quickly. A little pricey for what needed to be done but my tenant has heat so...

Didn't go out to repair like I wanted, he went out to replace the entire furnace, cost me a small furtune, but cheaper then Allstate, haven't had a chance to see the actual furnace because I have a renter on that property, but I like the fact Andy listened to me and not the renter like Allstate did. Andy's a very nice guy.

Very knowledgeable and proficient. The project took longer than expected but the work was done well. The clean-up left a little to be desired but otherwise a good job.
