He called me before i could even call him and was out to see me that day! he was reasonable in price and fixed the problem which turned out to be a simple solution.

AC broke when it was Very Hot. Difficulty finding someone to come the next day. Servicemagic connected me with AJB who came next day and fixed the AC quickly. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Visit, service + parts = $300. I wish it was cheaper, but I was glad for quick relief.

Excellent service. AFtervplacing a call from service magic, I got a call from the company after hours immediately and they gave me next day appt where everyone else had no opening! Andy came on time and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. The rates are very reasonable. Not only that he found the sane issue with my second AC unit and sent a technician the following day to fix that as well without charging labor. Great work. Will use this company again definitely and recommend to everyone!

Nice people, good service! The new unit installation went well, and we are happy with the job that Andy, Rob and John did. We are also happy that we finally found a reliable AC company. The fact that it is a small company is a big plus, because we now know all the techs by the name, and you'll know who will come out, and know that they are all good. Some of the big companies we dealt with in the past sent out both young inexperienced and older more knowledgable techs. You never knew who would be coming out. But with AJB, we know that all the techs are good, and when I call, they come out in a timely manner. Thanks, Andy and the crew!

Showed up on time and did a thorough job checking my A/Cs. My units are still in good shape and they are very honest telling me so. Strongly recommended

I had this gentleman at my house for two days and over $500 ant my furnace was still not working. When I called him back for the third time, he informed me that i would need to replace my furnace, because of it's age,for an additional $400, because my furnace would not stay lit. I later called another service person who informed me that I did not need to replace my furnace. He stated that AJB did not put in a size 80 nozzle and the correct size is 100. He also discovered that AJB left a small screw loose on the filter which was causing air to collect which was causing the furnace not to stay lit. These things were corrected and working fine.

They were very friendly and timely, and they actually came to service me earlier than I expected, which was great. I would definitely use them in the future.

The best way to tell you how well received and impressed my wife and I were with "AJR" Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is to mention how on Sunday; that's right Sunday, January 3, 2010; with 20 degree temperature in Baltimore County our heating system failed to operate properly; that when I made one telephone call to AJA H/AC/R from my cellphone; and the Service representative arrived at my home and fixed the problem before I arrived!

MY FURNACE STOPPED WORKING THE NIGHT BEFORE THE BIG SNOW STORM. AJB ANSWERED MY REQUEST WITHIN MINUTES AND SHOWED UP WITHIN TWO HOURS. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR.

AJB was hired to replace a theormostate which was never replaced. I was told that i needed a new furnace and it was just a lose wire. He was paid $135.00 replace the theormostate which was never done. Qouted $85.00 service call, constractor was here for around 20 minutes. I felt like they were just trying to sell us a new furnace.
