I recieved a call from ajb mechanical very quickly after filling out the online request. We set a service call and they were on time, courteous and up front about the cost. The problem was corrected quickly and at the cost specified. Bottom line: I'll hire them again!

AJB responded within minutes to our Service Magic appeal. We had an odd noise and smell eminating from our gas furnace. When their employee was unable to get to our place that evening, the owner showed up as promised, diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the motor inspite of the late hour. This company kept us from losing heat during a particularly cold snap. Highly recommend them.

The company had the best price. Installed the system in a day. They had to return that night for a no heat call. Found some wires loose, repaired, operation ok at this time.

They called immediately, and were at my house by 9am the next morning - installing my new system by 12:30! Very professional and great to work with. I have been trying to find a good heating and cooling company and have never been happy - they are all just trying to sell their service packages. I highly recommend AJB!

Andy counseled us promptly and fairly, steered us towards the best unit for our house, provided great value for money, AND scheduled us promptly. His crew arrived on time and was highly professional, and left us with a great new heat pump, humidifier, and thermostat which we are very pleased with. Came back from vacation and ac was out. When John came over apparently there was a surge that blew the fan motor. They fixed it within a reasonable amount of time and now I have ac again.

They fixed my problem then a couple days later there was a smell from the vents. The Contractor agreed to make a second visit at not charge and was suppose to show up this morning. They called today and wanted to charge me for the second visit to adress the problem.

The AJB was very business like. They quoted me the best price and completed the work quickly and professionally. They cleaned the premises after the work.

Can't really complain about same day service even tho he was over an hour late from the window time he gave me with no update call..He got me up and running in less then 20 mins but can't help to feel I got ripped off with a $335.00 bill for a capacitor replacement which in probably only cost him $40 ..but was $155 plus labor..but..it worked and house cooled off completly by morning...Jerry S.

Placed Service Magic request during the evening when our central air unit shut down during the dead of summer. I received a call from Andrew within a minute of making the request. Literally a minute! He was over the next morning around 10:30. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed as the blower motor being dead. He had to leave to get the part, but was back very quickly and had the system fixed within 45 minutes. He was very consistentious and I would highly recommend this company.
