My furnace fan stopped running on a very hot Sunday evening, leaving us with no A/C. I got a phone call from AJB literally 3 minutes after I submitted the request to ServiceMagic. He didn't have a furnace motor on hand, but I was told they could come first thing in the morning with the part. I couldn't support the early morning, but set up an appointment for 2pm. The technician showed up at 2:30 and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. I paid $580 for a $150 motor&capcitor and 1.5 hours labor, but having a cool wife quickly was worth the cost. The other contractors contacted me Monday mid-morning, but the early bird got the worm.

By far great price, showed up on time, did a good job.

There was a little bit of clean up and had to come back.

The job took 4 weeks to complete (replace a/c coil) and was very expensive.

AJB was fast, did a great job, was courteous, coordinated with me when I was out of town, charged a fantastic price for emergency service on a saturday night! I cancelled my service contract with my current provider and will call these guys from now on! They were great! I got a call from them less than a minute after submitting a request for help! Can't say enough good things about them! Fantastic job!

Andy's sales pitch was very thorough but low key, no pressure. His crew showed up exactly when they said they would and were done by 4:00. They not only did a great job installing my new system, but also cleaned up, leaving all their work areas pristine. I'd definitely hire them again.

Tried AJB last year and was not happy. Tried them again for the same problem and this time a better solution was accomplished thanks to Rob.

Office told me it would be a free estimate, but that was not the case. He came out the same day I called I still had him fix my central A/C and he took time to analyze the problem and cost was very reasonable.

There was initally a problem with the unit, they found out the manufacturer had changed the wiring and didn't let them know. They were extremely responsive and fixed the problem. Great Job!

He's been out 4 times not counting the estimate. The humidifier has caused leaking from every vent in the house. He installed no meter. The dial to change the humidity level (not metered) is at knee-height. He refuses to make good on the ceiling damage, mold, and refund for the humidifier.

They gave us the best price for quality equipment and they we're very responsive to my questions about the system I was purchasing. When I finally gave Andy the nod to install the system, his crew was at my home on time with the heat pump the very next day. I would recommend AJB Mechanical to everyone. Walt Garcia
