Work was great in 2012, however when I hired him in 2013. for the ducting for the hood vent over the stove & they were extremely incompetent and failed to complete the job, left an 8 inch hole on the side of my wall for squirrels and birds to live in.

This supplier was very responsive, knowledgeable and performed quality work. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone I know in the future.

i was pleased his promptness and professionalism. He came with the needed part without having to order it, or go buy it. I admit i had some shock with the price but he worked with me taking in consideration he fixed my ac unit in 95 degree weather. if necessary, I would hire him again.

Arrived for an emergency call Memorial Day weekend ahead of time; quick service on a/c replacement; polite; cleaned up. The unit works great, was brand name an!d reasonably priced. This is the way businesses should work. Just remember to remind them to keep gates closed so dogs don't get out!

Very prompt and professional initially. Installation was sloppy though. They left screws and other bits and pieces scattered in the basement carpet - especially inappropriate given that we have a 4-year-old in the house. What really continues to bother me is that we specifically asked them to make sure that replacing filters was easy - too often the filters get hung up on jagged edges or screws and you end up tearing them apart to remove them, scattering dust everywhere. They failed at this, and then when we asked them to return and fix it, they failed again. Still a huge pain.

Finally I can leave a feedback. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. however, the problem was still there after the first service, which is the heat pump was not running. I called and he came back. He just cut the wire and reconnected to bypass the low pressure switch. I doubted at the beginning and found it really works since then. That's why I am waiting until now to leave him a good feedback. Thanks.
