Quoted the job. Installed the next day. So far, so good. Haven't tried heat pump yet. Not sure thermostat is in best location, just above an outlet, but guess its the best they could do at the time.

Got a response no more than 5 minutes after I submitted the request on Home Advisor. The lady over the phone was professional and courteous. We scheduled for the same day. The tech showed up right as scheduled, on the dot. It turned out to be the owners son. He looked at the AC and immediately found the issue to be the capacitor. He gave me a price on the spot and immediately replaced it once I agreed to it. He also checked my refrigerant level and made sure I am good. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I will be using them from now on.

The woman we talked to in the office was friendly and pleasant. She contacted one of their techs who was on his way into work so he was able to get to us quickly. He solved the problem right away and the cost was quite reasonable. We would definitely recommend them to others in our area. We had recently stopped using another family oened company we had used for many years when they stopped showing us customer satisfaction was more important than money or keeping the customer satisfied. We now have a new go to repair shop.

First, the owner of the company provided the service. Second, he came right on time, both days. Third, he charged significantly less (about 1/3 less) than the other quote I had received.

After requesting an appointment, the tech did not arrive in the timeframe given. I called a couple of times to check when the technician would arrive. The woman who answered the phone was the same person that I scheduled the appointment with and she was consistently friendly, helpful and appeared to be doing her best to help. The technician was very nice, seemed to know what he was doing. I called later with followup questions and was able to speak with the same technician which is makes things so much easier. I would call them again if needed.

Responsed the next day after my call. Gave us many options to choose from. More importantly was not pushing on selling any products. Gave us advise on other venders in the area to work with.

First one to call me. Had the highest rating. Very responsive, did a thorough job. A new good,working relationship has been established.

Unlike the bozos that installed my prior AC, Andy immediately identified my real problem with my existing unit. Then he proceeded to educate me on the corners the prior installers had cut. Install of new unit went smooth. AC unit worked immediately. They cleaned up afterward.
