+ 1 moreMy wife, Meredith, and I hired tents for rent for our wedding on 12/5/20. Due to the pandemic, we had to quick change our venue and needed a tent to meet guidelines for outdoor events. I searched and found tents for rent and after one phone call I didnt look elsewhere. I spoke with Kim and Louise the whole process. They were both so helpful I cannot say it enough. They guided me through the reserving process, how to make changes, and delivery. They even set up a site visit to check out where the tent would go. Elvin was at the site visit and in charge of tent set up and breakdown. On top of being an extremely nice guy, Elvin was smart and efficient with his team for set up. The tent was set up perfectly exactly how we drew it up. The heaters kept our guests warm all night without issue. The quality of everything was amazing. We highly recommend this company and team!

+ 0 moreI couldn’t have had a better experience with Tents for Rent! We rented a tent for an outdoor space for my daughter’s first birthday this past weekend. Everyone I spoke with from the company was very helpful, courteous and professional. Our needs changed a few times and they were happy to update the services we requested. Daryl and Marlin were extremely helpful with coordinating the set-up and breakdown of the tent, which occurred a day before my event and the Monday after it, respectively. The team was fast, knowledgeable, and capable while setting up and taking down the tent. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Tents for Rent for our future outdoor event needs! Well done—the party was a success thanks to this company!

+ 0 moreWe had our wedding planned for May 2nd, however, Corona Virus had other plans. Before I could even contact Tents for Rent, Louise reached offering to reschedule or a full refund. We initially moved the date, but then had to cancel as we are not sure now what are next date will be. Louise has been super helpful, accommodating and kind during this very stressful time. I know for sure, once this virus is behind us, I'll be reaching out to reschedule.

They were very accommodating with scheduling the tent install and removal and any questions we had during the rental. I would highly recommend Tents for Rent.

Description of Work: The did a wonderful job set up and removal, tent and portable toilets were first class. We had a small problem with one of the portable toilets the day of the wedding. One simple phone call and within an hour someone was there to repair. I would rate their service as first class.

+ -1 moreTents for Rent provided a 30' X 60' tent for a band reunion. The tent provided was in excellent shape. They arrived right on time to put up the tent and got it up very quickly. Removal was also in a timely manner. Make a reservation at least 3 months in advance to secure your date. Deposit will be required at that time.

+ 0 moreI can't speak highly enough of Tents for Rent and their entire staff. Of all the vendors I worked with for the wedding, they were by far the best. Affordable, punctual, professional, respectful of my property, and honest. All items were of great quality, delivered on time and picked up on time. I changed the items on my order a number of times in advance of the wedding, and Tents for Rent worked with me graciously. I have a long, steep driveway which other vendors struggled to drive up, but Tents for Rent did it perfectly. The portapotties were the deluxe ones with a light inside, and they were lovely. My guests were so impressed that a porta potty could actually be nice. The delivery person carefully cleaned and even decorated them with a bouquet before leaving. It was clear he took pride in doing his job well. I would strongly recommend trusting Tents for Rent with your party and wedding needs. You will not be disappointed.

Description of Work: First I must say that Tents For Rent was the most responsive out of all the ones online I checked out and emailed. They were very nice and helpful during the planning stages. Our event took place on Saturday July 28th. Tents for Rent said they would set up on Friday and tear down on Monday which was very helpful for us to accomplishment more ahead of time verses the same day as well as have the time to leisurely clean up. They said that they'd be there at 8am Friday, which they were. Three very professional and nice young men set everything up on Friday and made sure to ask my opinion when necessary. We rented 1-20'x40' white tent ( that came with 4-7'x30'sidewalls), 8- 60"round tables (we set up, our request), 8-90" round burnt orange tables linens, 65-white folding chairs (we set up), 1-80'string of 8 globe lights, 1-40'string of 4 globe lights, and a 12x12 oak dance floor (assembled). We paid for 2 days, but actually had everything for 3 1/2 days. On Monday morning, two equally nice and professional men came to tear everything down and needed nothing from me. The yard looked as if nothing had ever happened when all said and done. Tents For Rent is great and we would definitely recommend and reuse them again!
