It was very interesting, the gentleman gave me a great deal of information. I am still waiting for estimates from other companies. There was two separate jobs the man pointed out; but when I received the estimate it did not have the jobs listed separately. When he was at my home he said that they may need to do the "Cadillac" procedure on the fireplace flu; but he would not do the "Cadillac" procedure on the hot water flu. When I received the estimate it was an estimate for the "Cadillac" procedure on both flu's, when he stated it would only need to be done on one; very confusing. The estimate need to be clearer.
Description of Work: They came to my home to give an estimate on repairing my chimney.
