Description of Work: I had a large structurally unsound, concrete front porch that needed replaced. Dan planned out and accomplished each step as he layed out in his timetable. He jacked up my porch roof/posts, demo'd my old concrete porch, repoured the new, installed a new downspout, installed new porch railings and garage door, and replaced the porch posts/roof.
