I had an asphalt shingle porch roof that the squirrels and birds had gotten under and were destroying it. I filled out the quote request on line and within 15 minutes Bill had contacted me. 45 minutes later he came over and we discussed the roofing situation. He said that the roof in question needed to be completely replaced. He seemed very professional , honest, and did not present a hard sell. Because of the age and condition of the entire roof I decided to replace the old shingle roof with a new metal one. He gave me a quote at that time, and I gave him the deposit he requested. That date was October 13th. He said that he had a couple small projects to wrap up and then he would start my job. After the deposit was made, he did not keep in contact, nor did he even start the job for several more weeks. The work was completed about December 2nd. I promptly paid the remaining bill and asked for written guarantee for his work and from the manufacturer. He said he would get them right to me. That was four weeks ago. I personally feel that me and my project were just an after-thought to him. In conclusion, the new roof looks nice. I do have a concern about the porch roof because the new roof did not seem to lay tight at the corners and I though the birds might get under the roof again, but Bill said the gutters would cover everything and there wouldn't be a problem. Outside of that concern, I am happy with the overall project. He was also very good at cleaning up at the end of each day.

I contacted Mr Stanley on Nov 9, 2016 re: a siding job. He said he would come by and look at property. On Nov 11, 2016 I sent him a text message reminding him I wanted to move forward as quickly as possible and asked if he had come by and looked at the property. His reply was - Will do. As of the 17th of the month I have heard nothing further from him. Job has been assigned to another contractor. Disappointed.

I had called about a specific problem on my roof, the boot needed to be replaced, a previous company had put it on and could not contact them. I called, Bill was out the next day, looked at my issue and also suggested other things that would head off a major repair of my roof. I was so excited I finally found someone that wanted to help me and was honest. I would highly recommend him for any roofing project. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed all my problems. I will definitely use him again!! Excellent response time and fixing my roof.

Bill Stanley's roofing went over and beyond what we were expecting, to install our roof and fix numerous problems. Our previous metal roof was only 3 years old and had been improperly installed by another roofing company. Despite several attempts by that company to remedy the issues, they continued to worsen. Condensation formed under the metal roofing and in the attic space and the wood was rotting very quickly. A lot of the previous workmanship was sloppy and, along with all the condensation issues, we also had several leaks across the entire roof. Bill Stanley and his crew came in and fixed everything. It was quite an extensive job, but through the entire process Bill kept us informed, and seeing the quality workmanship from Bill and the entire crew, we felt very confident that we had made the right decision in choosing their company. We now have a beautiful, properly installed metal roof with workmanship that is absolutely perfect. What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at a very competitive price. A great big thank-you to Bill and his crew for going over and beyond.

We have not had any rain since the repair to see if leak was fixed. But Bill assured me he is satisfied that he found where it was leaking and repaired same. I was satisfied with his answer.

He called me within a day of making the request for an estimate. When I called him back, he just happened to be nearby and took the time to come over on a Saturday evening. He got up on the roof, looked around, sat down and spoke with us about what he saw. Then he got in his truck and created the estimate. He printed it and emailed it to me right away! I love efficiency. So of course I hired him. His father came to do the work. After he was done, I looked it over to make sure he didn't miss anything since he was not here to do the estimate. He missed two things and without any objection or exasperation, got back on the roof and fixed it. The whole experience couldn't have gone better.

Bill was extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry and dealt with the problem efficiently and effectively ....this was extremely important as the problem was a leaky roof during a week of incessant rain! All costs were accurately projected ahead of time and he offered suggestions on repairs without trying to push them on me. Costs were reasonable too.

William did an excellent job replacing a 20 ft section of our gutters. My neighbor noticedhim repairing my gutters and so he had William repair his also while he was on site.
