AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION - SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA

Let me start with a summary: paid them $575 with nothing fixed. My pool is leaking so I hired them to fix the issue. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. The technician did come twice but couldn't find the real issue. Then they refuse to come back again, since they had spent enough hours on it. Very ridiculous...they take no responsibility of their work, as long as they got the money. I would give them negative to zero star if I can.

We definitely would not recommend this company to find an underground leak. When we used their services, they did not come close to the spot. The leak was successfully found over 216 feet from MLH Leak Services, Inc. spot by our plumber that made an educated guess and guessed correctly within 5 feet. When we contacted them, they never got back to us but did charge us $650.00 that was payable immediately. It was a total failure on their part. Beware!!!

Saved thousands by spending $450 for these guys to pinpoint where a leak was in my underground water line from the curb stop to the house. The marked location they provided was precisely correct and it saved me from having to have the whole line dug up and the line replaced. Instead, a small section was hand dug and the pipe repaired (by a different contractor). They only do the detection part- gas in one side of the line, water in the other, probe by sound. All good things to say- punctuality, professionalism, etc. They get busy so you may not get an instant appointment, so plan accordingly, (evidently especially around the time people are filling or opening pools).

I contacted American Leak Detection of Lititz, PA and they were extremely helpful. American Leak Detection of Lititz scheduled the next appointment available and put me on call for any cancellation that they may have for the Blue Bell PA area. Fortunately American Leak Detection of Lititz had a cancellation on 9/2/15 and came and detected the problem. They also provided me with 3 recommended subcontractors and we selected Berardelli Pool Service LLC in Worcester and was delighted with there contact. I highly recommend American Leak Detection of Lititz, PA. Apparently this is a franchise and this recommendation is only for the Lititz franchise location

Excellent...we had a problem leak in our swimming pool. It was initially difficult to schedule an appointment because they are so busy. They were able to get to me sooner because they had a cancellation. Mike identified two problem areas. One he was able to fix the same day and the other we had our pool maintenance company fix. Thanks goodness for Mike Haines!
