Jack got back to me quickly and scheduled the job within a week. There was an issue with the water pressure at my house being a bit low for the job but Jack found a work around - that took him longer but he didn't change the original quote. Job well done.

Jack came on time for our appointment to give me an estimate. During the time we spent together I found him to be kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I know this was a first meeting, however I have always trusted my instincts, (good or bad.) This time I was right! Jack came on time and worked diligently, without a break from 8:30- 2:00. The temperature was in the nineties! The result was beautiful! He not only impressed me by helping me with my screens, (some latches needed to be replaced,) but remembered on his own to give me the Angie's List discount! Great job Jack! I called Chris to pressure wash my paver patio and two walkways as there was a lot of dirt and moss between the pavers. I hadn't cleaned them in a few years and not applied new polymeric sand. Chris was very responsive came out quickly to estimate the job. While we talked he offered that he could do the sand as well as clean the pavers (win for me - one less thing to do!) I was on his schedule in a little more than 1 week, he came and washed the pavers, and while he was there I realized a small concrete step I had needed cleaning too. He said he had noticed it and was going to do that as well included in the cost. He had to wait for the patio to dry, so came back the next day and dropped off the bags of sand. Because there were bad storms predicted, he decided to come back when he would have better weather. Two days later he came by and completed the sanding and it looks like the day it was installed. He also does window washing which I am interested in. $10/window inside and out including cleaning the screens. His window guy is on vacation this week but will contact me when he returns.

The price was terrible. I called them and they gave me a ridiculous price because I don't have outside water and they would have to come with water. I did not use them because of the pricing and they were nasty on the phone.

Chris is a great family guy and very professional in his work. My home was going up for sale in February and we had a very short window of time to get this done. Chris came out on a weekend with good weather and got the entire house and deck cleaned. It was tough job considering the height of the house but Chris came prepared with all the necessary equipment and made the house sparkle. I'd highly recommend Chris for pressure washing services.

I bought a package from Angies List which was for a certain square feet for $289.. Since My deck was big had to pay extra for cleaning and staining the complete deck. Ended up paying $265 more than another contractor that I hired the year before for the same job. The work was very professional. The father and kid did the work well

Excellent, professional job. The wooden retaining wall is 27 years old and looks brand new again! The deck, patio and skylights are spotless. Chris was very responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice.

It was good. The deal did not cover the rails so he gave me a price on that. He did really good work so he saved me a lot of trouble and I was satisfied.

Chris is a very easy going, nice person. He doesn't try to talk you into doing anything else. I purchased the deal on this website for 400 square feet. I asked him if he could also give me a price to do extra areas as I have a large front and side area with pavers including the large deck. He gave me an estimate and I thought the price was good so I scheduled the power washing. He is meticulous and made my pavers look brand new..I liked the result so much that I asked him if he could put sand in between the pavers. The price for that was also very good considering the large area that had to be done. I will definitely have him come back to do my windows as he also cleans them as well.

All my communications were with Chris. He came out and gave an estimate for the work soon after I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal. He did a great job; the deck looks very clean and rain water just beads up on the surface. Chris is very pleasant to work with and I would use this company again.

It was good. We couldn't agree on the upgrade.

I will submit another review once I have the estimate, but on first impressions, it seems like a reliable company.

Prompt response to initial request and very courteous when we decided to take a different option.

Their price was quite reasonable and I was quite satisfied. He came when he said he was going to be here and he even was kind enough to ask me to ask my neighbor to move his car to make sure that no splashes of anything got on his car. I thought it was very nice of him to even consider that. He was very professional all around. He did have some helpers with him and he was very good with them in directing them and making sure that they didn't make any mistakes.

Everything went better then expected. Communication with Chris and Jack was done by phone / email / text. They were considerate on scheduling around my schedule. Chris did the best cleaning job ever done to the deck, cleaned evenly with no lines or excessive fuzzing. Staining took some time due to the rain. Jack wanted the wood to dry before applying the stain. They both worked cleanly, neatly and did the job thoroughly. I will use them again for cleaning the roof and the next time the deck needs cleaning. Hoping for 3 to 5 yrs on the deck.

It was a very rainy week and he worked in between the rain to get the work do in a timely fashion. Everything looked good when he was finished. I will be using him again and will refer him to friends.
