Description of Work: Brandywine Septic was great! They were super considerate, friendly and courteous the whole way through this project. They were very knowledgeable and seemed to be very skilled. I bid the job out to multiple people and their price was quite fair. Service was promptly done and each and every communication and question was answered right away. I would definitely recommend them!

The company had mailed us a postcard special for a septic clean out. After multiple phone calls and 2 voicemail messages over a period of 8 days, I finally gave up trying to give them my business since they never responded to any of my attempts. What made it even more frustrating was I could never get to a live/real person, only their voicemail box. I can't understand why they would bother mailing out postcards if they don't take your calls when you try to hire them! Don't waste your time on this company.

Very responsive and extremely flexible. Perform work and leave an invoice! Never even know they are there.
