Platinum was a pleasure to deal with fron start to finish. They automated syetem advised of arrival for every interation as soon as the representative was in route. Sales offered varietey of options for our new system, covered pros and cons of each an cost. Once we chose a system, installation was prompt (withing 10 days). Installation crew was on time, hard working and well trained. There was no waisted time on this job. In by 8:00am removal of old unit and installation of new was conpleted by 2PM. will not hesitate to use again or to recommend to friends or family.

They guided us through our interactions with PECO to get the new gas line installed prior to setting a date for the project completion. Their team showed up on time, ready to work on the day of installation. Sean, Luis and the entire team were professional, friendly, and very easy to contact throughout the entire process. They completed the removal of our old furnace and oil tank, installation of a new gas furnace, and coordinated/completed meter requirements and system checks all in one day. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The first crew came out on a Wednesday and removed my old oil heater and had a new gas heater installed and up and running by the end of the day. The next crew came out the next day and removed my old hot water heater and the new one installed before the end of the day! They listened to my concerns and and we worked together to find a agreeable solution. Everything they sold me on was delivered as promised. Both crews were professional and informative on the progress! They were very respectful and courteous as well! Top notch crew working for a top notch company! Always great service from Platinum. We use them for all our Plumbing and HVAC needs. The technician was clear and upfront about what needed to be done and what the costs would be. The old sump pump was replaced and a new PVC drain line was installed and ran out of the house. It looks like a really high quality install and I am very happy with the work. I think the prices are a little high, but it is a definite "get what you pay for" service and Platinum always delivers.

We had a pipe clog that caused a sewage leak in our crawl space. It was late at night and Kevin, the on-call plumber, came right away and was able to figure out the problem and fix it immediately. He was extremely professional and helpful with our questions. We will continue to use Platinum for all plumbing issues.

Excellent, again. I had some issues I needed to get fixed asap, and some other issues that were not urgent. There is an employee there by the name of Kevin who is very professional and very good. He came out to fix (and quickly fixed) the bigger issues and while he was there we reviewed the many other issues I wanted to address. Some he addressed on the spot with no charge as a courtesy. the others he provided a specific quote to get it all addressed, and the cost was very reasonable. within a week he was back to finish everything on the list and the price was exactly as quoted. very professional and very trustworthy.

Platinum just installed a new Navien boiler with an indirect water tank in our house and we cannot be more pleased. From the day Andrew and Kevin arrived right on time for the estimate, they did a detailed survey of our house and asked a lot of questions. Our house is 92 years old with cast iron radiators in the front and two separate zones of radiant floor heating in the back. We also needed to convert from oil to natural gas, so needless to say, our system and installation was more complicated than a lot of others. When they provided their estimate, it was detailed, competitive and included all of the information we had discussed. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and all of their office staff were always helpful and positive. When it came time for the installation, they could not have made the entire process easier. They called to schedule weeks ahead and made all the arrangements with PECO to set the meter when the new boiler was set. Kevin and Steve could not have been more courteous, organized or professional. They took care of everything and completed the work without interruption, including multiple additional plumbing repairs I needed done in the basement. They are skilled at what they do and take pride in their work. As a project manager for more than 20 years in the construction industry, I work with a lot of subcontractors on large projects. Platinum is one of the best plumbing and heating contractors I have worked with and I can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for honesty, professionalism and an excellent job.

Gas Range - shutoff valve: I was in a jam. Had a range coming from Best Buy and found out last minute that they required a new shut off valve to be installed first. This was on a Monday and the range was coming Tuesday. I reached out to PP and asked if they could come and Wednesday to replace the shut off valve and do the install after the range was dropped off. They did me one better. They had Steve come out Tuesday morning (next day) and install a new valve so that when the range arrived it could be installed immediately. As always, PP went above and beyond. Stephanie was awesome to work with for scheduling and Steve did an awesome job. If you go with Platinum Plumbing you will never be disappointed. I've used them and recommended them to family and the experience is always a perfect 10.

Platinum did a great job on my new system. I can already feel a huge difference in the quality of the system they installed. The staff and technicians are all top notch!

Excellent. Steve did a great job, and validated our concerns about replacement of the pump. The old pump was performing adequately, but becoming a little noisy. It was part of the original construction in 2010. It was an insurance move to replace it before we needed to.

Prompt, courteous, and professional. Workmanship was outstanding and the mechanics took pride in their work and reviewed the installation before they got started.

This is an old house. Once the old toilet was removed, some deacdes-old-work weirdness was found. The plumber on-site was able to figure out how to make it all work. It's been s week and a half and thwr new toilet is working like s champ. I rated the price at "n/a" because I don't have a good feel for what the rest of the market charges. It seemed like a fair price, but I don't know how good a "deal" I got.

I had great initial communication with Brittney and was able to get a fair price and get the appointment scheduled quickly. The service tech Ryan arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and communicated with me throughout the install. A very smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend and I plan to use them for annual maintenance as a result.

I had both heating and AC systems replaced by Platinum my initial meeting was with their HVAC Service Manager, Andrew Seal. My AC stopped working recently during a major heat wave the temperature in my home was over 80 degrees Andrew Seal came to my home on his vacation to write up an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgable, patient and friendly; every question and concern was answered, with options offered. I received the estimate by email within a couple of hours from their office with an offer of 2-3 window AC units till the installation could be scheduled. The company that I had my current maintenance contract did not respond until I called them even though the diagnosis had been determined by them the day before. The estimate from Platinum was a great price, but what I valued even more was the professionalism, honesty, and continual personal follow-up through the process. I accepted their estimate and the install was scheduled for a few days later, but I had two window AC units that evening. The installation team lead by Andrew Seal were pleasant, quick, clean, and respectful of my home in every way. Everyone at Platinum that I had contact with were pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with....they are people who care about the job that they do, excellent customer service! Thank you!

Our water pressure is back to normal and the kitchen sink faucet looks great! Kevin is professional, personable, and knows what he's doing. I have him coming back to install new bathroom faucets.

The service was prompt and the service technician had to do a little innovating to fix the problem. It turned out that the toilet wasn't properly assembled but he worked around the problem.
