They arrived on time to the minute. Was a crew of four. They were very careful and very clean. Very professional. The two that worked inside the house took off their shoes and worked in socks so as not to mess up the carpet or hardwood floors. THEY WERE SIMPLY OUTSTANDING.

I can't say enough good things about I Do Windows! I was contacted promptly by the owner and was given a quick appointment. Pete and his coworkers arrived at the agreed upon time and went straight to work. They did a wonderful job! My windows haven't been this clean in a long time! I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who wants wndow cleaning done. Will use them in the future.

bought the BIG DEAL. compnay was prompt with calling to schedule. came on time and did work. very happy with results. feel we got good value for the money. joe gave us advice on the color of film to use. definitely cut down on heat coming in. they were very neat and cleaned up after.

They are well managed, well behaved, skilled, and did a fabulous job. Their price is very competitive

We arranged appointment by phone. They called when they realized they would be 1/2 hour late!! Three guys came and cleaned the chandelier and replaced the bulbs, did the whole house (~25 windows/doors) in under the estimated time. They were very polite and friendly. Really saved us time as we were under a tight schedule. Job was great

I couldn't be happier. The team was prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job! These windows were in desparate need of a cleaning, but it was one of those things that got pushed down the list as projects in a 20 year old but new-to-you home go. Now, I wonder why I waited so long! The windows sparkle and are so clean, it's even hard to tell the screens are in. The team that came from I Do Windows could not have been nicer, and I felt they worked very well together.

I was having a little trouble scheduling them to do the windows and another company to power wash the vinyl siding (via email). When Jonah heard that he called and told me he could do the power washing as well - with a discount for doing both at the same time. His bid was so reasonable I took him up on it on the spot. I really like someone who aggressively wants my business. They were so efficient. They came on time. Only one man came inside my home and he took his shoes off. The windows are spotless. They worked really h****** the vinyl siding - there was a lot of algae and dirt - and it is all gone. My stucco chimney looks like new. They even power washed my garden shed for free. It now matches the house. This is definitely a good company to do business with!

There was a crew of 3 guys who came and did all the work quickly and professionally. The job lead worked with me to clearly identify which windows they planned to clean and he personally cleaned the chandelier while the other two crew members worked on the exterior of the home. The chandelier was very dirty with dust on both the inside and outside, following some renovations we had done. It was difficult to clean due to the cage style (it is a large fixture with 3 levels of lights, with only one little door to access the inside) but the results are fabulous - it really sparkles and lights up the foyer better than I've ever seen it. The total bill was what I expected based on the estimate. Very professional crew and awesome results!

They were neat, professional, very careful with the furniture and moving things around. They did an excellent job and they were out of here very quickly.

Jonah and I Do Windows Inc. crew arrived as scheduled and cleaned the outside of my windows. They clean the windows to get rid of all the spider webs that freak me out. I use them 3 to 4 times a year. They do a great job and are very nice to deal with.

The owner came over with two other guys and they finished the whole house inside and out. They paid attention to the screen and windowsills too. They do a good job and I am very happy.

Dan came at 10:30 in the morning and was the only one doing the job (the realtor had said she thought there would be a team of people which is what she has had when I Do Windows has done her windows in the past). Dan immediately began opening the windows and throwing the screens from all of the windows outside onto the dirt. He was very hyper and I had to grab his attention as he was racing from room to room to let him know that we had window tinting film on all south facing windows and to be careful. He acknowledged. I went to work. My husband works from home so was here all day. My husband asked Dan why he wasn't washing the screens and he said that "to hose them down would take too long". Dan came into my husband's office at 3:30 during a conference call and put a paper on his desk to sign saying he was finished with the job. He then left. 5 hours for one man to do 70 windows, clean screens, wash window sills. As I was looking around in the next day or so, I noticed that dirty water spots had been dropped on the rugs in front of all of the windows with some pretty significant dirt in the family room. All the rugs had been professionally cleaned 5 days earlier. I figured I would just clean the rugs myself and forget it. Then I noticed that none of the screens were clean. Most of the woodwork had been quickly wiped but was not clean. There were dried rivers of dirty water left on some of the windows. And Dan had sliced the window film on one window looking out to the deck which will cost us $85 to have replaced before the house sells. I was angry and called the realtor and said she should never recommend him again. She called Jonah (the owner) and asked him to come out and see what I was complaining about. He said he would but instead he called me and tried to get me to talk to Dan who had cleaned the windows. I didn't think that was professional at all. What were we going to accomplish? He as the owner needed to come and see what I was talking about. He finally came out and the realtor came as well. From the moment he walked in the door Jonah was hostile tho I was not. Didn't want to look at any of the windows I was showing him. Sometimes jobs go wrong but if you make it right then that says a lot about the company. He took no responsibility for his workers shoddy work at all. He said my screens were too dirty and if he couldn't get them clean with a damp cloth then that was all they were going to do. I told him he shouldn't say he was going to clean the screens if he wasn't. Screens need a rag and some ammonia to get them clean. He then said I probably didn't get my windows washed often enough and I couldn't expect an 11 year old house to look like new. I didn't. But I did expect them to be clean. I know it can be done because I have always done the windows myself and I know it takes some scrubbing to get them clean --not new but clean. He then started to yell at me -- he asked me was I saying his friend since he was 4 was a liar??? I asked him was he saying I was a liar?? The windows and screens were right in front of him and he could see they were not clean but he claimed they were better than they were. I asked him how he knew since he had seen the house for the first time this morning. He was insulting and rude and shouted until the realtor finally told him he was inappropriate and out of line. She told him to give me a $250 refund and I would do the job right myself. He said he would send a check and I asked him to write down that he would send a $250 check to the realtor for me in the mail. He did it grudgingly. Then slammed the pen and paper down, yelled "I hope you are proud of yourself" and slammed out my back door. When the check never came as promised, the realtor's husband contacted Jonah who said he never intended to give me the partial refund he promised in writing. I would never use this company again and I have told all my neighbors who had seen his truck here that his workmanship is awful and he is an unethical, rude and very very immature business owner. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. AWFUL COMPANY.

They were very punctal. They were in and out so fast. They were very professinoal as well. I would recommend them to anyone, I have used them several times.

We have over 60 windows in the house. I have had no problems, they are great. He and his staff are very congenial. They tend to descend like a swarm and get the job done very quickly. They do inside and out. I have always been very pleased with the service they have provided. They do not rip up the place at all.
