I was not satisfied with the work done by this company. 1. The team was 3.5 hours late to my home. I called 2x to find out when they would arrive. I have yet to receive a call back from the owner. 2. The team that came to my home was professional but you could tell they just wanted to get in and get out. They cleaned the exterior windows but just brushed over the window sills. There is still dirt on all the window sills which I was expecting they would have cleaned. 3. Even though I purchased the deal through Angie's list, I did not receive a 'deal'. This was fine but I was hoping they would have at least been thorough and provided good customer service. In my opinion, I received neither of these things. I never received a follow up phone call from this company. I am highly dissatisfied and will never use them again or refer them to friends/relatives. (01.10.15)

Owner and staff were very professional and cleaned each window very well. Took the screens out and cleaned and re-installed them. I was extremely pleased with the results and happy with the manor in which they did the job. We have a big house and all windows were cleaned. I would definitely recommend their service!

They were good; they were not the guys I usually use but they were good.

He arrived promptly and on time. After introducing himself, he reiterated what I had scheduled to be done for my house. He immediately got to work using his assortment of ladders and tools to reach the various levels of my two story home that includes a sunroom with many large windows. He was finished in 2 hours. My windows are sparkling clean as are the window sills. He also wiped the screens. I am completely satisfied and look forward to having my windows cleaned in the spring and fall. I love looking out clean windows and I Do Windows Inc. has put a sparkle back on my windows and a smile on my face. THANK YOU!!!

I wasn't home when they did the work, because it was exterior. The real wood deck is clean and the siding is clean. The price was reasonable, and they were easy enough to schedule a service date with, unlike a different provider I talked to. When I told them on the phone that I would like to be called when they were finished so that I could drive the 5 minutes over from my office to approve the finished product, they seemed to indicate that they felt it was unnecessary. They could come touch it up later if I saw issues. They did not call me when finished.

,Most of the work was top quality. The windows in one of the bedrooms were still a little dirty, and the large bay window in our living room was not cleaned well. We asked them to come back and clean the large bay window again, just on the outside, and they said they would send someone out but we never heard from them after that, not sure why. Overall really good service though, we have a large home and they cleaned about 24 windows.

I was satisfied with the service. I paid more than the big deal. They were professional, on-time, and have good communication skills.

They did a great job! They arrived as scheduled, performed the work as expected and completed in the timeframe promised. When I saw how good the windows looked, I was very pleased with the money we spent. I will absolutely hire them again!

They showed up on time and charged a reasonable price, but they weren't as thorough in their cleanings as I would have liked. Specifically, they left spots and streaks on some of the windows.

Wash exterior windows and window sills . It was worth every penny as some of the palladium windows are almost three stories high Very pleased with the work!

YAY! Another awesome Angie's List Deal! They came exactly on time and before I knew it, my outside windows and glass doors were spotlessly clean. Some of my windows are huge and wide too. I forget the amount of windows allowed with this deal at this price, but I hit the jackpot! I was going to opt for inside windows too, but on further inspection, (and a tinge of embarrassment on my part) the state of the art windows of 30 years ago which my folks bought would be too difficult to take out to clean the inner glass, so, to me, the outside windows look sparkly and clean. I would never be able to get at them

Service provider was very prompt in getting in touch with me after I signed up for this service. They arrived on the scheduled day and performed the agreed upon service to my satisfaction. Only issue was that the cost was somewhat higher than I anticipated because of the nature of the windows I have at my house. This was not clear from the original offer, so it was surprising to hear. But to his credit, he explained everything clearly up front before any service was agreed to and performed - so I had no surprises afterwards. I would use this service again.

I purchased the Angie's special 20 window deal for $99. Jonah contacted me via email a couple of days later to ask about the windows that we had, if they had removable screens, and also to set up the date for cleaning. I was unsure how to figure out the number of windows so Jonah googled our location and found a picture of the front of our house and numbered those windows for counting purposes. That was a tremendous help. His team showed up early on the arranged date (team of 4) and started with the windows before I even knew they were there (granted...he may have knocked but being deaf I may have missed that). Jonah asked if I wanted the remaining 6 windows and 4 skylights cleaned as well for a total of $50 more. Given they had not been cleaned in years I felt that was more than fair so took him up on his offer. His team did a great job cleaning the windows and sills, and even took off the screens and cleaned them before replacing. The only thing that may have been missed is the window on the back patio door, but everything else was done top notch. I highly recommend Jonah and his team for your window cleaning needs. Due to his professionalism, I also plan on inquiring about having our home power washed. I look forward to having him back at the house in the future!
