Description of Work: A team of young men cleaned the outsides of our windows, sliding doors, and skylights. They were in and out in less than an hour and the windows looked terrific!

Description of Work: They did a decent job on cleaning.But, they broke the blinds in the kitchen and in the basement.I agree that the the blinds in the basement was old and the one in kitchen was a bit of flimsy.The reason why I am not happy is that they did not even let me know that the blinds were broken.As this house was rented out to some one else,I needed to move from the house in 2 days. Now, I needed to change those blinds right away on the last minute.Not only costed money to replace them,but a big hassle on the last minute.As I work from home and busy with my office work, I did not check them before they left . |The free estimation that they gave was also not accurate.They gave the estimation as $295/- as full house windows cleaning, but it came $272/- if you count it as 'per window' basis.Overall, it is a OK service, not that great as I saw many 5 star reviews here. I learned my lesson thatI can not go blindly by seeing 5 star reviews from Angielist. I got bitter experience with my other Lawn service company that got from Angies list too. I decided to go from the reference by friends or family members and not through Angieslist anymore.
