I just purchased a house and it needed a "shower" pretty bad! I did some research on power washing and got a lot of great tips on what to look for and what questions I should ask when I am ready to hire. I went on home advisor and I had a couple of companies in my area reach out to me. Not unusual. Jonah impressed me though when he reached out. Not only did he know my house, he gave me other homes on my street that he power washed. What really impressed me though was in the email he sent me when reaching out, actually was so detailed, he answered all my questions! He had a quote already in the communication, since he knew the homes in my area. His price was extremely fair, since he included my porch, etc. which is usually an addon and would cost more. The technician showed up on the day of and he was clean cut, and very friendly. He went right to work and was done with the whole house in a timely manner including the porch. He did a great job! The dirt was gone from everything and the mold/mildew was gone also. No streaks! No residue! They use quality detergents and you can tell.

Hired them to power wash the siding of my townhome as well as the concrete walkway and patio. Looks almost new! Price was competitive and job was completed on time!
