Very poorly run company. They broke our window and refused to fix it! The window is literally shattered. They employ polite, college students, but the owners are terrible. Prior to leaving our home, the overly apologetic employees promised that our window would be fixed and that the owner would contact me within 10 minutes. No consistant contact from the owner other than a rude, accusatory email implying it was our fault! I reached out to the owner and still, not a single apology has been issued and he is still trying to blame us, saying WE were lucky his employee did not lose his finger. He offered a resolution - they **might** come out this week and measure the window to send it to a fabrication place, but he did not really know how to fix windows, just clean them. My husband inspected the window when he got home and both panes were shattered and needed a new casing. We tried, on the next day to contact the owner again and request a the certificate of insurance. When my husband called he was told it was OUR negligence and to never call them again or they would get their attorneys involved and hung up on him. Is that really how you run a company? Their FAQ section of their website boasts about never having an insurance claim in over 20 years. Now I understand why - they just screw over their customers instead of remedying their problems.
