They arrived on time , did good work. My dryer died and they got me done quickly. Am impressed with their work and service. Would recommend them

Richard takes the time to explain what he is doing and kept me up to date on scheduling but he did not do the right thing. He could not find out the root cause of the issue.

I hired RC Heating and Cooling after my water heater died. They gave us an extremely reasonable estimate, got us on the schedule quickly so I wasnâ t without hot water for long, and did great quality work! Everyone I interacted with on their team was polite and pleasant and they were careful and respectful of my home carrying the old heater out and the new one in. Iâ ll absolutely be hiring them again!

Havent heard anything from them since parts were ordered 2 weeks ago, after spending $168.00 up front for the 10-minute furnace inspection fee. I understand they might be waiting for parts but we would like to hear from them.

Good experience overall however the clean up aftee installation was not good.

Very courteous, knowledgeable at their craft. They did their job on time, efficiently and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Will be hiring them out for other jobs I need around my place.
