Havent heard anything from them since parts were ordered 2 weeks ago, after spending $168.00 up front for the 10-minute furnace inspection fee. I understand they might be waiting for parts but we would like to hear from them.

Good experience overall however the clean up aftee installation was not good.

Very courteous, knowledgeable at their craft. They did their job on time, efficiently and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Will be hiring them out for other jobs I need around my place.

Richard is very good at communicating with his client (me). He reviewed what was needed, how long it would take and what it would cost, and he was spot-on on all three. He even works on weekends. The clincher: he and his crew worked in my attic and outside from to complete an A/C installation in one day when the temperature outside was 96 and in the attic was 140 degrees. He did not want to leave until we had working A/C. I would HIGHLY recommend RC H&C

RIchard explained everything he did to service my Central AC unit so I knew what was going on. He explained what they look for and that our system was up to par. He was very outgoing.

RC Heating and Cooling did a great job of replacing several water valves and installing three new faucets in my home. Fantastic work, good value for money and will be calling them for any future work.

I was extremely happy with RC Heating and Cooling services for three reasons. 1. They communicated with me very well; making sure I understood everything and answering any questions I needed answered. 2. They were honest with me. 3. They worked very clean. There weren't any messes to be cleaned up. Being a widow I felt very safe and comfortable having them in my home.

Removed my old heating oil tank (have natural gas). Did a great job.

If you want the job done and you want it done right this young man will give you more than your dollars worth very happy he did work for me
